I frequent Starbucks drive thru on my way home from work. It is a long drive and I intentionally pass two other Starbucks because Angel and the night crew at the Spencer Street location in Manchester are always so friendly and efficient. The food and beverages are made well and it actually feels like they care about your experience. Always happy to leave a tip here when the key pad “asks me a question”.

Workers letting their pants sag. Service very slow. Horrible and very unprofessional. Workers looking at their phones when you walk in. No greeting. Some of the worst service that I have gotten and I go all over. Just now the worker basically shoved the food at me and didn't say a word.

I walked in for my mobile order and was waiting did not get greeted then a staff girl asked me if I was waiting and I said yes she asked me my name I gave it then she said ok she looked for it found one then Angel said what name she told him Angel proceeded to say oh she has to wait. I have to many orders. I didn’t say anything and waited another guess behind after he called their names said about time 20mins later so I continued to wait for 8 more mins. I don’t mind the wait when Starbucks is busy but the rude comment was unnecessary. When all she was doing was grabbing my ticket cause I was there. Angel could’ve kept his comments to himself if he doesn’t like his job then he should find another one. Everytime I go there he is the same way I try not to use this Starbucks offering but today I was in the area is the only reason I went.

I ordered two sandwiches (2 turkey bacon) and when they were delivered, only one sandwich arrived and it wasn't even the correct sandwich (1 ham&egg white). I also discovered that my coffee had real milk in it, instead of the milk alternative I had requested and am in the process of experiencing horrible allergy symptoms (diarrhea) now. No notes left or replacement or refund. When I try to call the store, the line always gives me a busy tone.
They always do an amazing job here and are super friendly 😊

My favorite starbucks because of the barista Angelito!! He’s by far my fave. Always so courteous and welcoming whenever I order through the drive through :) he’s Always smiling and energetic. His vibe is contagious even through the drive thru intercom. Love him!! Also wanted to add that all of the other baristas are welcoming and courteous as well!!
