Spencer St., Starbucks used to be my go to because of how friendly the baristas were, and the quality of the drinks were great. However, since they moved the quality of the product has gone downhill. I order the same drink every single time and it is always me differently. When I ask for extra cream on the side when there isn't any in my drink, I am told that I am going to be charged more even though I already paidfor the extra. I will be going to the Deming Street or Buckland St., Starbucks from now on.

This Starbucks is a new Starbucks and it is extremely nice inside. They moved from their previous location to a newly built location. I do like the staff and service however their transition to a bigger space has been horrible. They never have any pastries or food by 12. Not sure if they understand their inventory and what they need. The coffee is good and the new space is beautiful they need to just understand their inventory .

This is a brand new Starbucks and it's absolutely gorgeous! So much easier to get in and out in comparison to where it was originally located across the street. Food and drink was ready fast and there's tons of seating.

Customer service and serv safe standards were not present. When I realized the cashier was removing the lemon loaves with no gloves and simultaneously taking payments; I retracted the loaves from my order. It’s disheartening that she appeared to be “in charge” and no one to observe this unsanitary condition.

Latte and food tasted good, just some suggestions for new store. Seems understaffed, i got my food items 5 minutes apart when they usually come out together. Please label the trash and recycling because people put trash in all the bins.

Went to drive thru in Manchester, around 3:30 PM sat few minutes to place order, no one came, sign next to speaker said " If you have a Problem ordering drive to window. "'Drove to window 2 young girls ignored my presence. After 8 minutes, one came to window n said " you have to order at speaker " told her my problem. What the signs says She said go back around n get close to speaker. Did that n told them to take sign away that says help will be at window. It was just one coffee could've taken order at window. Three girls inside n they worked hard to ignore me.

Newly opened, yet one washroom was at terrible condition, another one was out of service but for staff use.They didn’t even call the name when drink was ready, even though their wasn’t much crowd.
