My recent viist wasn't the best. They forgot to secure the cover on my hot coffee. I lifted it to take a sip and it ended up all over me and my car. I went back to ask for napkins and a new coffee. The workers were apologetic and kept coming out to my car to bring me more napkins. They couldn't believe how bad my car was and my jeans were covered in coffee.
One of the workers came back outside and gave me an $8 gift card. I ended having to go to the car wash to wash my car and use the cleaning products. I had just come from a massage and wasn't prepared to do a full car detail. I know mistakes happen but employees should slow down and take their time to make sure something simple like securing a cap on a hot coffee happens. My favorite jeans are ruined too.

I usually do not do reviews, but while having a quick business meeting with a partner, we decided to enjoy Starbucks. Upon putting our mobile orders in, we entered and sat to wait. During the duration of our drinks being made, the entire staff began to complain, comment, and insult us based on our drink orders and names. As we sat attempting to get through our business, they continued to ridicule the menu and make comments about us (whom they have never met and clearly did not recognize as the customers of the drinks). Even once we received our drinks at the counter, which was incredibly awkward, they proceeded to laugh loudly together about how we probably heard them. They also used foul language. I understand being busy and frustrated, but there was only one other individual in the store and it seemed they were upset to be working on the nice day. Again, I do not usually review, but my partner and myself have never experienced something so childish and offensive in all of our experiences. I was in customer service for 10 years myself and I would never be so bold or inhumane as to openly speak poorly or complain about a customer in the open of a public place.
Typically love Starbucks, but this experience will be sticking with me.

Dude every time I go here no matter what time I go in after I do a mobile order they give me attitude like I'm suuuuch an inconvenience, no other Starbucks is like them lol.

Surprisingly friendly. They do tons of business to the point of chaos and they handle it with class and service. The manager should be proud of the training he's given to his employees. It's just coffee, but what we really know is we're paying for service. Thank you, Starbucks of Manchester.

The customer service was very good.
The ambiance is nice but the chairs hurt my bottom. I needed to go to the phone store next door and I had planned on coming back to eat while my phone was being fix. I went to Panera instead because the chairs felt like I was in detention.

Not really my kind of place.
Deserve 0 STAR! The staffs aren't attentive or charismatic. Rarely will greet you when you enter the store, not to mention that if your order isn't as you requested, they'll deal with it with irony and grudging disdain. If you're in the area and really want to start your day in a great way, head to the store at 70 Hebron Ave, Glastonbury, CT. There, you'll get professionally and carefully prepared coffee and excellent service.

Terrible customer service. Did not mix matcha and when asked said does not have a spoon... And if mixed in a blender it will come out even worse.... Not a customer service expected from Starbucks for a steep price tug....
