Awful service at this place. Asked for Mocha Cookie Crumbled Frappucino and was served a regular frap without the cookie crumbles. I asked the lady about it because i was watching her make it and she said i dont have ingredients to make it. But i was charged for a Mocha Cookie crumble.

Barista was not nice at all. When I came up to order he did not greet me, just gave me a very blank stare. He did not say anything at all to me and just was staring in my face after I said hello so I began telling him my order and he gave me a dirty look before going to make it. When I received my order it was 70% cold foam. I ordered a venti matcha latte and got a cup filled with cold foam and a small amount of matcha latte at the bottom. I immediately went back inside after drinking for a few seconds and realizing the entire drink was just foam, even examining the cup. Another barista remade my drink and he was very nice in resolving the issue. First guy needs some serious customer service training

Poor service from the employee. I asked for wipes to clean off my table. She's all snotty and looks miserable. She just placed my food on the counter without acknowledging me. I said thanks and she completely ignored me. She should've just stayed home.

Quiet and cozy Starbucks located inside Barnes & Noble bookstore at Buckland Hills mall. This location seems understaffed with only two barista‘s working. We stood in line for about 15 minutes waiting to be served the table tops were sticky and needed a good wipe down. Nevertheless, the service was friendly, and the drinks were tasty. The atmosphere was quiet and inviting.

Brought in a dirty cup once and ever since then they have not served me. I would not recommend they have attitudes behind the counter and if you bring a cup in that’s dirty, they won’t cite the policy do you which is to literally clean your cup and before you come in and get your coffee in it, I don’t recommend the Starbucks at all if I could give them a zero out of five stars I would.

I feel bad for the review as I understand it’s hard to get helpBut just spent 25$ and got barely lukewarm coffee…. And they failed to scan my app for points.Not impressed.
