The service is horrendous! They are always slow and the workers look at you but never check to see if you are all set. I try not to go there because it takes forever. However, I was getting car work done next store and thought I would grab a sandwich. I waited 30 minutes before I got up an asked for my money back. I will never ever go to there bagel store again. Get it together!
So what’s the deal? Are you guys ever going to reopen because it looks like the place is being used for storage.Update: still not open.

Steve’s Bagels is the best place to get bagels in Manchester. Their selection and staff are great!
Awful. Tried calling for 20 minutes straight and “line busy”every single time. I called about 20 times. Maybe if you’re a busy business you should have multiple lines as you’re losing business this way.
Great fresh bagels
Bought the Willy breakfast sandwich. Delic! A little salty but no blood pressure issues...so I'm good. Then ordered 1/2 dozen bagels for mechanic team. ??
The best bagel I have ever tasted
Horrible customer service. Way over priced. The girls behind the counter are super rude. Our order was wrong. We waited 15 minutes to be told they were out of an item. Just awful.

Had the Jennifer’s special soo good defenetly coming back
good sandwiches when it’s made CORRECTLY. The staff is HORRIBLE i asked for 2 bagels and received one. I also received my sandwich cold it took an HOUR to make 2 breakfast sandwiches??? on top of just making me one? so it really took and hour to make ONE sandwich. Staff is lazy very lazy. And the lady who took my
order was rude. I always ask what kind of bagels they have because i know they get so busy but she had an attitude naming the bagels. I’ll be going back to dunkin ? a whole bunch of kids working here. Do not waste your time.
It’s going on 40 minutes I’ve been waiting for 2 small orders while the 4 or 5 people working here are doing everything but cook the food. Hugging laughing and on their phones.
Breakfast bagel was amazing.
