I'm so sad at the decline of this place. It was amazing when it first opened. The quality of the food (bagels) has certainly gone down. The salt bagel rarely has much salt on it at all. They are frequently out of them anyway. My order is wrong more often than it's right, even despite repeating myself multiple times. My husband had been told what he is ordering is too much work and he shouldn't get what he's requesting. Just general decline in service as...
Ida was great to us this past weekend she went above and beyond she was not only friendly but very patient when we placed our order over the phone answered every question and unlike most places wasn't rushing us off the phone only thing I can say was not pleasant was the fact it was so cold inside your location and you can tell the staff was cold cause our car was warmer then the inside of the store well that says alot about the owner and whoever is running this place it...
