The bagels are delicious but was served a sandwich with gray salami.
I love the bagels here but......customer service is horrific. First if you try to call in an order it's nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. You call and are placed on hold and they never come back to you. If you happen to get an order in and go to pick up your stuff you need to wait in the regular line because even though in the Vernon location they have a pick up window they will completely ignore you.
