The people who worked here were quick and kind. Yay! There was no wifi/no internet available for customers in July, 2025. The menu did not show prices a the time, either, so, it was not easy to quickly compare the prices (in the instance one needs to scan a menu for the most affordable option). Thank you for the super clean restrooms and the almost bagel! Hope to see you again!

While waiting for the order, the place started to smell like burnt food. It must have been my everything bagels since the onions and ends were completely singed, leaving the food with a bitter flavor. They also upcharged for the most basic of items.

I have been a long time fan of this place because the food quality is usually great but the past three times I've ordered I noticed a drop in quality. I gave the service a low rating I was missing an item from my order when I asked what happened to my missing food the young lady was very rude using a tone with me asking if I wanted to speak to the manager I didnt appreciate getting attitude after giving the place another try and having a bad experience. Also the Reuben sandwich was given to me on untiasted bread. Will not be back n it's a shame cause they used to be really good

First time coming here since moving to the area. Bagels were good but service is really slow. Saturday morning at 930am and no coffee with multiple people waiting for it to be brewed for 15 minutes.

1 egg and bacon bagel
1 ham sandwich
2 drinks,,, ,$35 absolutely outrageous. Didn't have all the ingredients for the sandwiches and nothing is priced.up charge for the bacon when the menu states it comes with bacon.will never return and definitely will tell others not to invest. This place was a huge disappointment and a joke on pricing..

The bagels are great but the cost of cream cheese on a bagel was $2.49!!! That’s more than the bagel. They said it’s because they put a lot on. They should put a normal amount on and charge 50 cents or $1 but not $2.49, that is way too much just for added cream cheese.

Fake butter? Really?? Its the worst thing to distract from a warm out of the oven bagel..... At least offer real butter to customers. Having the fake stuff takes so much away from everything....

I used to love this spot. The breakfast sandwich tastes so different. They switched to cardboard eggs so you can’t even ask for fried eggs. Tastes so disgusting I didn’t even finish my breakfast. I rather go to krauszer’s you will get a great breakfast sandwich with real eggs.

I cant believe I just paid almost $20 for a small coffee, a jalapeño bagel with a little butter that was drenched in butter and a grilled cheese sandwich that was flat and so sad looking oh my lord! Everyone looks miserable. Yikes!! I 100% do not recommend!! Parking is terrible!

Waiting 50 mins for 2 bagels and home fries is absolutely unacceptable. What’s the point of telling people 15-20 mins and order online when it takes that long?

When I moved from Queens NY to Eastern boonies CT, paying 10 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel wasn't part of the plan. We've tried this place twice now and it's been a letdown both times. The inconsistent wait times, the lackluster service, the greasy bagels made on a grill that probably needs to be cleaned better...if they charged 5-7 bucks for the sandwich I wouldn't feel the need to leave such a review. I've worked in food service so I'm not just speaking out my a$$ here. It's easy to tell when people put their heart into their food and service and when they don't. There are dozens of better bagel shops in this state that churn out great sandwiches at a reasonable price. Y'all can have Steve's! I'm all set :-) thanks but no thanks.

Well, this might be a little late but I ordered for Christmas eve dinner and they forgot my locks even though they did reimburse me the point was you have people over my bagels at least six of them were burnt a little crispy. Very disappointed with the service was I’m sorry, In-N-Out OK bye I won’t be coming back and I won’t recommend.
