Great customer service from gentleman in glasses. But was informed that drink machine has been down for awhile, so I ordered a bottled soda (this is what prompted this review, and REALLY chaps my cheecks) this soda was almost room temperature ? the pic is my drink with absolutely no sweat dripping off it. Yall need to get your beverage stuff straightened out.

I was not going to write a review, but I wanted to let others know of my experience. Have not been to a Subway, this location or any in many years. Upon arrival here, I noticed the look of the inside was different. The staff was not friendly. Took over 20 minutes to give and receive my order, which ended up being wrong. The way they hid making your sandwich was iffy. I received the wrong bread, meat was clumped in places, and the cheese was on top of the meat. The guy said they didn't have certain things because the truck delivery was late. I understand things happen, but you can go buy a few things until he does show. Just not happy about my experience and won't return.

Kid-friendliness: I brought my two cousins to here and their twins and they also complimented my cousins, and one of my twin cousins brought his 11 year old friend with his 8 year old brother and the customer service was absolutely amazing to these kids!

not the first time that I'm impressed with service but literally they were closing early and still made my sandwich apologizing for whatever they didn't have which was like 2 ingredients but also took my husband's phone to go searching for ingredients that were already put awaynot to mention when I ask for extra I get extra!
