People here are amazing, there friendly, there kind, they have a good time when I talk to them too! If you want to eat subway then please go here because not only will you worship their absolutely amazing customer service but their food is delicious! I give this place a solid 5/5! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Kid-friendliness: I brought my two cousins to here and their twins and they also complimented my cousins, and one of my twin cousins brought his 11 year old friend with his 8 year old brother and the customer service was absolutely amazing to these kids!

These guys are amazingly friendly and do a great job making sure you get your sandwich made the way you want it. I wish more places had the great attitudes as these fellas. This is the only subway I will go to in Manchester. If you want friendly service from genuine people go here l.

not the first time that I'm impressed with service but literally they were closing early and still made my sandwich apologizing for whatever they didn't have which was like 2 ingredients but also took my husband's phone to go searching for ingredients that were already put awaynot to mention when I ask for extra I get extra!

I never really liked Subway. It's like where's the beef? What I mean by that is they a cheap with meat. Looks more like a vegetarian grinder. I like meat

This restaurant location here in Manchester CT. Is absolutely DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY....There were tons of trash all around outside. The restaurant itself doesn't look like it has been cleaned (THOROUGHLY) in months, maybe even (YEAR'S)....Like I'm surprised that they haven't been closed down Bcuz of unsanitary conditions.As soon as you walk in the door. There were walls and the baseboards are falling apart.Sadly many moon's back I used to work there as a teenager.And with these current owners ? their currently just in this business for the money ? ?I would strongly recommend against and Urge anyone NOT to consume any of their food products. (SUBWAY) CORPORATION'S needs to get into that place and remove their labels ? and the BOH needs to shut them down and force them to clean the place up, make the necessary Fixes and updates to the structural design systems and fix all the Hazardous conditions. ASAP ?(DO NOT CONSUME THEIR FOOD PRODUCTS)....I will include the pictures I took while I was eating there. I only hope I DON'T Become ill from their food.If I could give them a ~10I most certainly would.

The staff member who just made my sandwich must think his job is a joke or something. I asked for a six inch chicken, bacon, ranch and he made what looked like a three inch! I left before he finished making it because I didn't feel like complaining. I felt like I was being pranked or something with how small the bread was.
