This is the best location in Manchester they have superb customer service I always come here for the cookies and the lady is always nice definitely recommend

This has gotten a lot better in the years following the pandemic. The biggest gripe I had was a prepetually broken soda machine, now replaced. Food quality is much improved as well, but is kinda hit or miss. Overall much better than before

We moved here 6 months ago and eat here several times a month. We have always found the staff to be very friendly. We tend to order the same thing every time, and the staff remember what we order and always do a great job. Great place to eat, no complaints!

I did an online mobile order and told them not to toast my sandwich. Took a bite and the meat was not cooked. I went back in and she took the bacon that was on my sandwich that I took a bite into it already and cooked it. She said I have to put on the mobile order that I want the meat cooked… I have the subway app and never has this happened to me. Im disgusted with what happened and the service. Definitely makes me think twice about going to any subway again. Also I was walking back in and she was coming to lock the door it was 830 the time it closes is 9pm. She put gloves on but didn’t wash her hands. If this is how you run your subway you should be ashamed. I should have looked at the other review before ordering here.

I’ve been to subway many times. I ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich and when it reached the end where we got to the register, I asked if I could make it a meal and they don’t know what that means I guess. They rang the cookies and drink up separately and when I finally got back to work to eat my sandwich, it wasn’t cut in half

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an online order through the app at 8:05pm on 5/30/25 it accepted the order and said it would be ready by 8:20pm. I get a call from Subway employee and they tell me they cannot do the order as they are closed and not reopening for the night. She told me I need to call customer service to cancel the order. She was very, rude, kept cutting me off and abruptly hung up on me as I tried to ask how did this happen and get clarification. My order still shows in process. There is no way to cancel the order. My husband drove to location and the store is completely closed and dark even though the signs say closes at 9pm and he was there 8:17pm. This place is stealing money from people and causing a huge inconvenience. I will definitely be calling everyone that I can to draw attention to what this location is doing. Based on other reviews, this location is stealing a lot from customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Ordered pick up for lunch. Got back to work only to see the thickest cuts of tomato, no onions despite me ordering extra, barely any veggies, and hard bread. Customer service under par as well. Wish there was a jersey mikes their instead.

Very poor experience. They barely put any veggies on my sub—lettuce, green peppers, jalapeños, everything was minimal. I had to ask the employee twice just to get a little more. Not worth the visit.

Today was the day that I had enough. This location must be cursed because the staff for the prior franchisee was horrendous and this one is even worse.
About two weeks ago I had ordered two protein bowls on mobile order to be ready for 12 noon. I arrived at my order was not ready and it took two people 10 minutes to make two protein bowls. I was also DEMANDED to sit down and wait for my order to be done. I mean DEMANDED to sit. You work at subway and you’re uncomfortable with people watching you make their food, or are you up to something you don’t want people to see?
BUT TODAY 4/17/25 was the last time I will ever step foot in this location.
I placed a mobile order to be picked up for 12 noon. I get to the location and the entire parking lot is being re paved with cones blocking the entrance. I called and asked for my mobile order to be canceled and refunded and she told me “ma’am we cannot do that”. This franchisee is money hungry. You can’t refund an order that you know wasn’t picked up? You have customers mobile order but know for a fact that can’t get inside your store? What is wrong with you? Since subway is virtually impossible to get in contact with, the BBB will be notified and I’ll get my 12 dollars and change back for a sandwich because a franchisee can’t conduct good business.

Indian girl/owner was rude. First, she didn't toast my meatball sub again. Then the meatball dropped on the ground when i opened the sandwich and she wouldn't give me another one. Never going back again.

I’m the door dash dude you tried to tell me more about how to do my job. So let me explain the door dash policy states DoorDash discourages confirming the pickup before you have the order in hand, and you should not do it. I can not hit confirm before I have the order. You said it because I would cancel the order which is physically impossible from my end. You been working for mommy and daddy so how would you know what policy and things I have to follow. You bed side manner is sub par at best your ability to make up story’s is an Oscar moment you’d win an award for. And I am so petty I’ve taken to your reviews to let you know you’re wrong but next time I’ll bring the printed policy just so you can read it.
