Had to pay full delivery and it wouldn’t accept my gift card. I spent the amount that was said for free delivery. Very disappointed and you call and there’s nothing they can do. I do have money on the gift card. This is absolutely insane. They can’t even get a manager to figure this out.

Ordered a chop salad today buffalo chicken. Person working seemed aggravated she had to make salad and had a line. I asked for extra veggies, nothing was extra and no buffalo sauce. I used my buffalo sauce at home and not wanting to ask since the salad was awful already and worker seemed bothered. I’ve tried this subway a few times and give it a chance but I’ll be ordering elsewhere. I wouldn’t mind leaving a tip if it was made good but this is why I don’t tip.

Dark skin employee is very rude. She is unfriendly and mean. I will never go to this location again. She act in a way that makes me feel like she doesn’t care and she doesn’t want to work nicely and professionally.

Placed an online order for a 5:00pm pickup. Arrived @ 5:15pm and wraps were not made. There were no other customers in store. Staff member sloppily threw together my order & clearly was in a foul mood. Other Subway locations are much better; more efficient & friendlier. Will choose to go elsewhere next time!

This place never has anything. Every time I go there, they could be out of drinks, only have one type of bread, have, no chips, etc... The staff here is absolutely wonderful but in order to properly have an establishment, you should probably make sure you can your stock comes in on time.

Horrible place to work at. While working there my blackness was invalidated multiple times by a coworker just for liking a band she didn’t; I told that same coworker not to talk to me any and every kind of way and to be mindful of my neurodivergency and was met with fake concern and was talked to 10x more horribly afterwards whenever I tried to talk to them about it my feelings were invalidated. They blamed me for their mistakes and blatantly disrespected me. When me and a newer employee ran into a problem while closing nobody answered our calls and was met with pure unprofessionalism in the work group chat that the managers did absolutely nothing about.

I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and she made my sandwich for me!! Very sweet and funny. The workers are normally nice but she really made the experience more pleasurable!! Thank you for that, and thank you for being there and keeping subway open to feed us hungry customers!!
