The WORST customer service ever! Nasty attitude not only with us but, with other customers. I WILL NEVER EVER will go back. Don't waste your money. There are other subways in where you can happily eat. 128 green rd manchester is the worst place. Do not pay to someone make you uncomfortable and eat under those circumstances. NOT RECOMMENDED

The coupons you get in the mail for a $3.99 six in or a $6.99 foot long are deceptive. They only apply for a Tuna,Ham, or Turkey sub. You would never know it from the inviting ads. Staff is very rude. I will never go back. I am tired of arguing with them.

The sandwiches (one 6in and one ft long) we’re MID. The ingredients did not taste fresh. The tomatoes were whittled. The lettuce was soggy.Came in with coupons and we were told we could only order sandwiches from a certain list. I never heard of that but okay fine. However the attitude of the women working were horrible. One women was okay but the short lady was very rude. First it started with me telling her I only wanted a little lettuce. Then when I was paying she gave me a very hard time. I told her that we were separate for our sandwiches.I hand her the coupon and she rings me up. Doesn’t say anything but the card machine lights up so I put my card in…. Then the screen says sign up for rewards or put your number in…. I put my number it and it does it again. She still hasn’t said anything. Then the screen says thank you! And she’s like what card is that? What kind of card do you think you’re paying with!Excuse me? Anyways she tells me the payment didn’t go through okay fine let’s try again. Finally it does.Time for the second sandwich to be paid for and at this point she was yelling at my bf. He wanted to use a gift card and he showed her. Then he swipes. It says thank you. Then she’s like this is the problem with people today you don’t wanna tell me what card you’re using if you wanna use a credit or debit or gift card. But when he swiped he it asked if it was a gift card.It was just a really unpleasant experience. At that point the vibes inside were very awkward. So we eat at the tables outside. Also the soda was flat.

The food is good, but I'm never coming here again because when I asked the lady for a cup she ignored me and I kept on asking her for a cup but she then finally says that she doesn't want to do it, so I say just give me a cup please, and she yells at me, so I do not want to come here ever again, and if your the boss that's seeing this review please do something about it and talk to that woman that yelled at me. I came here around 4-5 o clock, and that may be the hours that the woman is working so please talk to her about it thank you.

They are rude to the costumers . The lady is so being so mean to me today. So im not wondering why im not seeing any tip on the box. Before, i used to give them tip even tho they’re not nice. But today the lil lady over there is so mean mean mean .so literally no tip for today .

Absolutely terrible to their customers. Before I even ordered she was yelling at a Uber eats delivery man. Yelling at him to wait when he only just walked in, not even saying a word to her. After she made his sandwichs I got mine done. Then I went to pay for my order I tapped card to pay and they added a tip when I didn’t tap the add tip button. I told her I didn’t want the to add tip. She yelled at me waving me away and demanded I put my card in again when all she had to do was adjust the amount before the payment process was completed. I scanned my card expecting to get my money back and she just walked away and said tough luck basically. Very rude to me but I’m tired of being walked all over just to be the bigger person. I asked again for the money back then the other worker came over and asked how much it was and it was $3.97. Then said yes we can give that back. Like it all could have been avoided if she just took an extra minute to fix the issue in the beginning. I’m very disappointed in the manor they handled this. I won’t be coming back to this location. And I will be posting my experience on all my social media accounts. Be kind and take care of your customers next time. Just do better.
