Old lady was so rude only cuss we said not to much lettuce she was putting so much its insane she was telling us to calm down like i was nice to her i didnt say it in a mean way or anything than when we were eating we notice it barely had any meat i been to a few subways and always gotten the right portion they really need to have more customer service manners

Negative for customer service! The young lad clearly didn’t want to do his job. I walked in the store at 8:40 pm and asked him politely if they are open and what time they close. He said 9:30pm. When we started to order the boy did not seem to like the fact that he had to make more sandwiches. He was throwing the bread on the station, then had to ask him twice to toast. When adding veggies he threw lettuce and put 2 slices of tomatoes on a foot long and I had to stop him right there. I asked him if he is in a hurry and is not willing to make the sandwich. When I called him out, he said they close at 9:30. It was 8:45 and he was more concerned about closing. He had his AirPod in one ear and was mumbling under his breath. Zero customer service, bad attitude.. if you don’t like your job then don’t do it. You get paid because of the customers and if you keep that attitude then good luck in keeping the business running. Would never return to this subway.

Ordered online, the person there put everything on my philly and nothing on my chicken sandwich. The person upfront tried making several excuse saying it was the right order only for me to show it wasn't. He tried bringing me the receipt saying it was incorrect, only for me to show the receipt was correct and he didn't read it properly.
Easily a terrible experience and I won't be back.

There was an older lady with grey hair that must have been having a bad day and just lacked customer service skills. I haven’t been to any subway in a while but I remembered that they had bowls. I asked if they still made them and asked the difference between protein bowl and salad and she said there was more meat in the protein bowl. Then she asked me what I wanted in the bowl and after when she asked me what dressing I wanted she was annoyed that I asked her what dressing they have… her response was “ranch, honey mustard… they are all right there” and pointed in the glass to where there were with a bit of an attitude. Just not friendly. & I will not go back. The other young women with braids took over and was polite and is the only reason I gave some stars.

Everytime I order from this location my order isn’t exactly what I ordered. Today (3/25/25) I did yet another online order & paid extra for meat & it wasn’t there. I always leave a tip too. I’m done. How hard is it to just read & make what the customer wants? Like I’ve always told my kids, “If u can’t do the little things u can’t do the big things” Good luck with ur attention to detail & lack of motivation.

This is the last time I’ll come to this subway or at this rate.. all of the ones in Manchester because all of them are the same,… cheap as hell. I ordered two foot-longs on the app today for me and my fiancé and I specifically said “extra” toppings on the app and that is not what I received. My fiancé asked for regular peppercorn ranch on his sandwich and barely even got any. I opened up my sandwich in the restaurant before I left because I already had a feeling there was going to be nothing on my sandwich and I was right. I handed the old guy that works there my sub and asked him if I could please get what I asked for on the app and even that was an issue. With how prices are going up with food nowadays, companies should be ashamed for being so stingy. We pay money for our food and you expect me to be okay with two teenie tiny slices of tomato on my sandwich? That’s just an example! Most fast food places nowadays suck, literally could never get it right. I’m better off just cooking at home because at least I know I won’t get jipped.🙄

Ordered a 12in one side had only one peice of meat and cheese and a few toppings none of the sauce while the other half had everything. I should of ordered just 2 separate sandwiches they clearly don't know how to top the full length of bread. Knowing someone half gonna be petered off to nothing
