As mentioned by other recent reviews, THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This Subway at 172 Deming Road Manchester, CT. Has one specific employee, let’s call her “large Marge”, that does not need to be anywhere near a customer.

I ordered online while standing in the store. At this time it has a 20% coupon for app orders.

Long story short, she insists that I can’t tell her how to make my sandwich because it wasn’t in the “special instructions” on the online order receipt. I said, I’m standing right here why would I right “special instructions” when I can just tell you? “Either I make it my way based on the receipt or I listen to you, I can’t do both!” Was her response. She continued to go back and forth with me until finally I just asked for a refund.

This chick is definitely doing the owner or manager. There is no way she’s still there with these negative reviews and I’m sure many other people that didn’t write a review have complained and she’s still there. INSANE!

Ordered through the app and food was ready on time. I had ordered ahead for my lunch break at work and only get 30 minutes. So I grabbed the bag and had to go straight back to work. I open the bag at work and was very disappointed to see that my blt had no tomato and I had put in for extra Lettuce and barely got any at all. Very sad grinder and very upset customer.

Dont even go this location !!

Caused me hives, the bread was stale, and was soo hard !!

We asked for lettuce and the person serving us was soo freakingn RUDE !!

He dint even bother to wish us, or say thanku or anything,

Very rude customer service. I ordered online and they didn’t bother to look and find my order in the system. They completely ignored me. In the meantime I got charged in my credit card and now I have to call the credit card and dispute the charge.

The door sticker says open at 8:00 am. On the few occasions I have tried to grab a breakfast sandwich between 8:00 am and 9:00 am it is never open.

Food was underheated, it’s pre cooked food. Lady was practically complaining at working at a sub shop that has pre made food that just needs to be assembled. Lady had her belly hanging out of her shirt and was a complete jerk for no reason, started talking about me to another customer (someone i was with). Hopefully corporate does something about that.
