I ordered the Festive Turkey Sandwich through the mobile app and was really looking forward to trying it with the warm stuffing and cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, when I got back to the office to eat it, there was no stuffing at all. How do you make a festive turkey sandwich without the stuffing?
I contacted the manager and even sent her photos of the sandwich and a copy of my receipt. Hours later, she told me she reviewed video footage and claimed the employee did add the stuffing—then said “sorry if you couldn’t find it.” That response was incredibly disappointing and dismissive.
The sandwich itself was one of the worst I’ve had, and the customer service experience made it even worse. I would strongly recommend avoiding the Spencer St. Subway location.

I order a 6 inch ham and cheese Italian,herb,cheese, bread, sub, with a little lettuce, pickles, mayo. It wat 7:15 pm. When I got home 10 min later, the bread wasn't fresh at all, it was like the bread was sitting there all day. My husband and grandson's subs we're the same way, and the subs aren't cheap. Well, another place crossed off our list.

I went there today the guy who was making my sandwich made me feel very uncomfortable. He made fun of me for getting veggie delight. Veggies were not fresh lettuce and spinach were almost rotten. Avoid this place also they don’t care about your allergies because they don’t take cross contamination serious

I eat salads from the Newington location every single day this was by far the worst salad I have ever had from Subway. Not even sure why they ask you what you want on it because they didn't follow the directions. The salad was like they were trying to save money in a skimped on the ingredients!!

The person preparing my order had no sense of intelligence and didn’t wash his hands before putting on gloves.their portion are also a rip off and the employee didn’t even know how to make my order.once again subway has failed me.

I was there today and the Indian guy that worked behind the counter had no customer service, he looked like didn’t want to be there. He didn’t even greeted or acknowledge me. During the order I had to tell him what I wanted he only stood there and looked at me, it made me felt uncomfortable.he didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else. I rather go to a different location in Manchester. You need to train people and teach them manners and customer service and say thank you. I even had to ask him for my receipt cause he was about to throw it away. He shouldn’t be working there if that is how he is. I needed to let you know what type of staff you have there. That was unacceptable.

I'm sure this restaurant is fine. The company as a whole is just ridiculous. I went into this Subway looking to pick up a sandwich that I had ordered plenty of times before and I was told that I could only order this sandwich online. Set it for store pickup and then pick up the sandwich in the store I was standing in.
So they had all of the ingredients to make my sandwich in the store. But I still needed to go online, make an account and order a sandwich that they would then make for me in a half hour and I can pick it up.
This might be the dumbest store policy I have ever seen implemented anywhere.
At this point I'm going to find another sandwich shop and stop using Subway altogether because of this stupid policy.
