My family (mixed) and another family (Asian, I have a point, I promise,) were in this Sweet Frog location today and were spoken to as if we were inconveniences (tone of voice, slightly curt,) by the cashier; a woman with short hair. When the grandmother of the other family asked for another spoon, the cashier made a tight lipped smile and got it for her, but as soon as the grandmother turned around, the cashier made an overly dramatic annoyed face (wide eyed, mouth hanging open to the side,) and made some kind of comment in a sarcastic tone under her breath about “I hope you don’t (something I couldn’t make out.) I figured it was maybe an off day, however when a couple (white) walked in, they did not receive the same tone from the cashier; she was all smiles and great customer service. We left, and won’t be back (which will probably be a relief to that cashier.)

When I had gone to go get myself a delicious treat here, i was verbally harassed by two young ladies and didn’t even get to eat my what would be delicious and nutritious sweet treat. I ask of you, sweetfrogs, to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE kick out or give verbal warning to those who feel the need to open their mouths and start fights. I feel personally attacked and am debating going back there.

Absolutely the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had! I love that they offer low fat and sugar free options, perfect if you’re looking for something lighter. The cheesecake flavor was my favorite, so creamy and delicious! Tons of topping choices too. I’ll definitely be coming back!
