Nice Icecream store!

First time coming in and the place looked extremely clean, but majority of the machines were broken. Employees were extremely unprofessional. My kids were super happy to go, and the first thing they said was, 'Hi, hello, I like ice cream.' The young boy and girl working looked at us like we were Aliens, which was weird. It made us feel uncomfortable; probably it's a racism thing. NEVER AGAIN !

Such a premium yogurt but is not pet friendly… last time i go in there… you guys need to get caught up in today’s pet friendly world. Or at the very least, post signs outside to indicate no pets allowed.

Sweet Frog is a cozy, comfortable place to grab some froyo with my favorite little people. It's always clean, toppings are fresh and there's a new flavor each time I visit! I highly recommend this froyo restaurant!??

At sweet frog, you serve yourself!
First, you select the size cup you want then select the frozen yogurt and toppings. It is charged by the weight. Ithought the store was very clean for a hot summer day!! The were also tables to eat at outside! I highly recommend this place.

I really loved the west Hartford location. But this one is fine. The staff take your order and are professional.
The yogurt is yummy. I don't like that the toppings aren't really protected or covered. I have seen some stuff that makes me not want to get toppings. But that's the customers not controlling or helping their children.
Cleanliness - it can be hard to keep things clean. It doesn't look like they have a lot of staff on deck when things are busy. So it is clean outside, and the eating area inside. But the bathrooms aren't very clean. The topping area gets messy as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: Someone may need to hold the door open for you but there are no stairs.

Bad customer service. Bad communication. Unhelpful staff. Made us feel unwelcome. Hesitant to let you taste the yogurt flavors. Pretty much you have to buy the cup to know if you like it or not. Take a guess and hope you like it, if not you wasted your money.
