This place was very clean and there was an incredibly nice tall girl with curly hair at the counter. She was so sweet to all the little kids and she was working hard. She should definitely get a promotion if she hasn’t already.

I had the worst experience here. My daughters would go here at least 2/3 times a week, never again after yesterdays incident. Working in HR and seeing how my kids were treated is totally unacceptable, tried speaking with the manager and she had the nerves to tell me she “assumed” it was my kids who had made a mess as they were the last ones there. No ma’am you did that because they were the only “brown kids “ there. Racism at its best. You proceeded to yell and my kids and embarrassed them to the point where they did not want their yogurt anymore and then you tell them well now your wasting my yogurt?!? Excuse me?!? Did you not see or hear how you spoke to them in a room full of people?! I will report this on and on and I will continue to let everyone I know how racist and inconsiderate your workers are because that type of behavior is uncalled for.

Really should get 0 stars. Worst employees ever. Took my 83 year old grandma there. While we were at the table having yogurt, one of the worker star sweeping. She was sweeping the dirt under our table, literally on our feet. And by doing so, she hit my grandma’s ankle. When I complained about it to her manager, the manager got defensive. The worker was laughing about it. No one apologize to my grandma or myself. Even went onto to calling my 83 year old grandmother a liar. The manager try to offer us free yogurt. We don’t want nothing free we just wanted a sincere apology. This product is the same anywhere you go. What make this place is the quality of the people working there. This place has no quality, no ethic and no class. I will never go back and I’ll make sure that my friends and family don’t.

I’ve been there several times because I like their products but the last two times I had an encounter with the so called owner the first time I was using my phone and maybe being loud but I couldn’t hear myself and instead of asking me nicely to put it down she walked out of the counter, came at me and said “turn that off, nobody needs to hear your conversation” then i just said excuse me because I couldn’t believe she was talking to me like that but I didn’t say anything back but today I was there again after a month and a half with my aunt I got my frozen yogurt and my aunt asked me to sit down to eat it and when I look at the chair there was dry chocolate on it and so I asked her for a wet rag so that I could clean it and she roughly grabbed the rag and “whipped” the chair but there was still chocolate on it so I told her that and she rudely responded by saying that it doesn’t come off, turned around, and went to the back so I was like yes it does, grabbed a napkin and cleaned it myself and so at this point I understand that she’s being rude and so I wait for her to come back out and ask her if shes the owner and she very rudely responded by saying yeah and so I told her that she shouldn’t be so rude and that owners usually promote good customer service and I told her that was the second time that she’s been that rude and disrespectful to me then I walked out because staying in the same place as her made me very uncomfortable this has only happened to me with her while the rest of the young lady’s that work there are very nice and politeThis was in the sweet frog in manchester the one in the plazaI would hate to think this was a racist matter
