This is the second time in two weeks that I have been to the Manchester - Buckland location. The first time I received someone else’s order in the drive through. I thought I would give it a second chance today. I looked in the bag before I left the drive through and saw 3 soft tacos. That was the correct order I thought??? I opened 3 soft tacos I did not order.. This location needs to do better!!!

Waited ten minutes in line with one person in front of me to then be told to hold on for another five minutes to then be told that they're out of what I wanted.And I can't move out of the drive through, because somebody was behind me.So I had to wait a total of fifteen extra minutes for the car in front of me to get their food.So I could get out of there and get nothing.What a waste of time!

Drive through packed taking super long. I waited about 20 minutes before I put my over in at the time there was only 4 cars. By the time I was at the speaker all the other cars were gone then waited 5 minutes before anything and then someone said to please wait. Worst Taco Bell ever!!! They charged us for double chicken in burrito when we didn’t ask for it. When we questioned them they pretended to not know what we were saying. What a rip off. $20 for three tiny items at Taco Bell???? They also claimed they had no forks and knives. And continually pretended not to know what we asked for. Never go to this Taco Bell!!!! They lie and rip you off. All they care about is money.

These people do not care about the company they serve Customers old food they don't care. It's disgusting in there. I can see why they're declining. And I hope they continue to do so. It's a shame that the owners don't care about their business. And looking at other people's reviews. I've seen that they don't even get a response. Poor poor customer service.
I ordered a nacho supreme a specific way and this location messed up my whole order! I tried calling the location to let them know and they don't even answer the phone. Ahaha I AM NOT HAPPY and if I was asked to recommend this place or location I DO NOT!! They suck!! Never

This truly deserves a 1 star review. It's been 20 min and I'm still waiting for my take out order. Had to order from the kiosk and there's no signs that say you have to do that so you wait and wait until reality hits. Slowest service ever. Avoid at all costs.

I come here at least 5 times a month and 3 out of those 5 times they always get my order wrong. I’m getting tired of not getting what I order and lately the quality of the food has gone way downhill. Get it together Taco Bell before I have to replace you with something else.
