I ordered a nacho supreme a specific way and this location messed up my whole order! I tried calling the location to let them know and they don't even answer the phone. Ahaha I AM NOT HAPPY and if I was asked to recommend this place or location I DO NOT!! They suck!! Never

This truly deserves a 1 star review. It's been 20 min and I'm still waiting for my take out order. Had to order from the kiosk and there's no signs that say you have to do that so you wait and wait until reality hits. Slowest service ever. Avoid at all costs.

I come here at least 5 times a month and 3 out of those 5 times they always get my order wrong. I’m getting tired of not getting what I order and lately the quality of the food has gone way downhill. Get it together Taco Bell before I have to replace you with something else.

Jorge was very professional but friendly as well in taking my order. The service was quick, place was clean and the food delicious! Victor the manager was available to be sure that I was pleased and had a good experience.

I love Taco Bell; but, I was told to use the kiosk to put in my order. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or if this is the new norm. I wish there was a sign directing customers to do so. I stood around for a bit before I was told to use it. I prefer human-to-human ordering.

I ordered food fpr my kids and myself..than AFTER I paid they tell they only have enough meat for 3 tacos..when I already ordered about 9. I don't understand how you run out of meet. Than because I wanted my full refund the cashier got annoyed. As if I was the issue. It was ridiculous ?

Clean fast service with a smile it was actually far better than I was expecting usually don't find this in a mall food area. For Taco Bell it was fantastic and I will probably be back here if I'm in the area. Not to mention it's in a mall that's actually still thriving.

pizza hut options aren't on the kiosk menu, employees don't service you if you need to place an order and the employees are rude
