I wish i could give 0 stars. Miserable workers, cant even do simple parts of their jobs. Ill never understand why you guys choose customer service when you hate talking to people. I pull up and say “hi!” And nothing. Dead silence. Was rude as hell and forgot part of my order. This was 3/5 during the evening. I hope management sees this and actually does something about it. Such a miserable experience every time. I worked an 11 hour shift i just wanted some freaking taco bell

Update. Took a bite it was cold in the middle. To wait that long and it’s cold is crazy. Sigh.
Took 25 mins for one burrito. 7;40 on Thursday lolol. Was stuck in the line so couldn’t even leave . Freaking slow . I think they need to hire more ppl .
Came here with the kids so they can have pizza while we had tacos. Soon as we walked in the staff looked at us and continued to clean. No biggie we waited there patiently for 15 mins. The “manager” came over and asked us if we needed help we said yes we’d like to order she sent us to kiosk and walked away. I told here the kids didn’t have the option for pizza and she said in the case we’d have to wait. Waited there for another 10 mins until she sent the driveway guy to take our order. We got our taco bell order cold and now we are here waiting another 20 mins while our pizza is “cooking” horrible service!

I wouldn't go here it takes about 30 mins for food that is completely a sloppy mess
They need to fire there staff
And do a re fresh retraining

Extremely long waits. It would be fine if the staff didn’t lie to you and tell you your order was next or ready in five minutes. This fosters a really bad atmosphere in the lobby when all the customers that are lined up and waiting start getting frustrated when the orders handed out aren’t theirs. I was given a total of four vouchers for my wait (40 minutes) and they turned out to all be expired. The manager was incredibly rude to a customer at the register after the employee trying to help her needed to call for extra help. She cut her off mid-sentence and yelled “WAIT!!!! WHO NEEDS HELP!!!!” straight in her face. Unbelievable experience.

Never again. My Uber Eats driver waited over 45 minutes for the order to prepared and by the time it came it was cold and wasn’t prepared properly. Such a waste.
There was a gentleman named Eric behind the counter, constantly swearing and getting out of hand. He was yelling at the female staff multiple times, using swear words in front of customers and obviously could not hold his emotions. Myself along with four other customers waited for about 25 minutes for our food. I was watching the entire Time as the rest of the staff Worked their butts off to get the food out Eric was wandering around voicing his opinion about why there is so many people getting takeout food that he would much rather go back to the 90s where everybody’s cooked and he cannot stand working at Taco Bell. As a small business owner, I would have immediately fired him. He shows no respect for customers or fellow staff members, from my point of view could care less about the business. Other than that, my food was great. My service from everybody else was impeccable, but watching Eric storm around and yell at his coworkers, seeming like he was having a mental breakdown, was absolutely pitiful and would not be tolerated in my business

Got 2 cheese quesadillas… Not only were they burnt, they barely had any cheese in them, half the pieces were just burnt tortillas. On top of that, we paid extra for extra jalapeño sauce… guess what? There was NO jalapeño sauce at all. $10 wasted on something I could have made better at home. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The food is never correct, which is why I usually go out of my way to go to the one in East Hartford instead. I don’t even know how this place is still open. Clearly it needs new staff from top to bottom.
Every time I come there is always an issue.
The food is never right the first time.
Also, the wait time is even worse. If I do come here I do dread it and even consider a different option for a food place.
I have used the mobile app to pick up in store only to wait about 25 minutes for my food that has already been done to find it in the Uber Eats area and was never called out. When I asked if they could remake my food I was told. “It’s still warm”. Although they remade my food I had to speak to another person in order to get that established.
Another instance was my order was wrong. I went inside to ask for the plan burrito I originally asked for. The lady insisted that it is in my bag which it wasn’t and appeared to be upset when she had to give me a new and correct item.
