Completely horrible went into dine in waited 45 minutes never got my food because I had to leave because it made me late for work. Will never come back to this Taco Bell employee didn’t ask anybody if they needed anything and then when I asked when they started my order so I could cancel it because they were taking a very long time said it’d be right out And I waited another 20 minutes and it still wasn’t done so much for fast food. I’d give it a zero stars if I could.

They almost gave a family member who has an allergy to sour cream and allergic reaction because they put sour cream in the crunchwrap I got.
They did this twice and one of the employees tried arguing with me that if said order said no sour cream, that there would be no sour cream.
Twice now they have done this.
Never come here if you have any allergy.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The food is alright, but they don't follow the customizations. My sister ordered ahead on the app and I went to pick it up. I was there 20 minutes before I could finally get someone's attention to let them know my order name. They ignored the door dash driver in front of me, who's order was ready before I even walked in the door, for longer. When he finally got their attention, he was handed the food, but when he asked for the drink, he was told he needed to wait.

In my 20-minute wait, 3 customers who came in after me and ordered on the kiosk got their orders while we still waited. After I finally got someone to come to the front so I could give them the name, it turns out the food was in the drive thru the whole time. It says on each sticker PLUS the receipt in store!

Before I was handed the food, she asked to see my door dash screen. It was a mobile order, not door dash, and it even says mobile order on the stickers and receipt. The food at this point is freezing now too! When I was handed the cups to get the drinks, I asked for a drink carrier and she walked away. I got my drinks and asked again for a drink carrier and was ignored. So when she came over again, I loudly asked for a drink carrier one more time. She huffed and told me I would need to wait and she will get me one in a minute.

The service is atrocious, the employees are so rude it's not even funny. Then, when you get the food home, the customizations you have to pay extra for aren't even done! It wasn't even complicated custom requests, it was adding in specific sauces and going light on the spicy sauces.

If you complain to management, they roll their eyes and suggest if you aren't happy, try another location. My coworkers and I go to taco bell almost every day but I'm starting to rethink where I get lunches from now.

From out of town purposely stopped for the pizza...
No pizza available.
Customers left standing for almost 10 minutes instead of taking their order. Kept redirecting their customers to a glitchy frustrating slow kiosk instead of doing their job and tending to customers.

The people here don't know how to do their job I went through the drive-through spend almost $32 just to be told to go park around front and my food will be out shortly but as I'm sitting there I see three cars get their food and leave how hard is it to make some tacos if you don't know what you're doing or if you're short-staffed figure it out because when you're on a half hour lunch break and you're waiting 20 minutes just for some tacos it goes to show you that the people who work there just don't know what the hell they're doing I would not recommend coming here and they always mess up orders

Absolutely horrible service. They only do electronic orders here now. They do not take your order at the counter. They are incredibly rude as well. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
