will never order from this Taco Bell again. My DoorDash driver waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru because the staff was moving extremely slow. By the time my food finally came out, it had clearly been sitting there for over an hour. My tacos were soggy, cold, and completely broken.
When the driver asked if they could remake it, the employees had an attitude and refused to fix the order—even though it was obviously old. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If you can’t provide fresh food or basic customer service, you shouldn’t be in business. Do better.

Barley wrapped burritos, no straws , half filled drink , sloppy food presentation didn’t even have the order total at the menu so I didn’t know how much I would spend until I got to the cashier

Visited a few days ago, however after standing by the cashier to have my order placed, I was demanded to use the electronic kiosk. Do to an autoimmune, it is safer NOT to use. Employees should be required to take orders, if one is standing in line. There is a reason why I go to the cashier, not straight to those machines. Was very disappointed, but thankful Olive Garden was in the same parking lot so I could eat!

Went to Taco Bell at 9:30pm and am extremely disappointed with the food. I should have checked before taking it home. Especially the Crunch Wrap Supreme. I should have taken a picture of how pathetic it looked. It literally had maybe 2 tablespoons of meat, barely any condiments and was cold and soggy.
Beefy five layer had everything but was cold as well.
The food during the day time is much better. Never again going at night. Not to that location.

Waited almost half an hour for 3 small value menu items. Not blaming the staff at all, they were doing their best to keep up with the amount of customers there. I’m blaming the management who didn’t staff more people to help those poor workers out.
Disgusting service and disrespectful service from Olivia and the shift manager not any better!! Got told food was nearly warm so take it. Ordered meal as a take away and tried giving a in house drink and huffed when asked for a take out drink (can). Worst experience ever!! Will never return

When here to get some breads ticks and pizza the breads ticks were so plain and dry and not hot and the pizza was still cold I will never go here again to get food
