Teriyaki Box | SUSHI & RAMEN

Have tried on 3 different occasions so I can confidently conclude that I have been disappointed by the quality of the food. I ordered chicken teriyaki with veggies, and the chicken was clearly boiled with no searing and the sauce was watery and simply scooped on top, so the chicken tasted completely bland with a boring mouthfeel plus it was visually unappetizing. The “veggies” were mostly strips of carrot placed underneath the chicken so it really served more as a garnish than a side. Additionally, the servers forgot the additional side (soup) that came with the order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I waited, but ultimately I had to remind them myself after I had mostly finished my entree. The staff apologized for the delay, at the least.

The only positive I give my experience was the large portion size, but given how bland the chicken was, I honestly went home and seared the leftovers and added more ingredients to make the sauce more flavorful and thicker. Absolutely do not recommend.

I love Teriyaki box! This is my favorite sushi restaurant!!!! The food is always hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean and the service is top notch. They have always gotten my order right and the employees are very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Japanese food.

Absolutely love this place. Ive ordered food here several times and its always delicious! I have to commend their amazing customer service though. I had ordered through doordash and the dasher was trying to pull one over on me. So, i called teriyaki box to see what was going on. They were so receptive, told me that theyve had issues with the driver before, and offered to bring my food out to me (while also providing a discount for my inconvenience). I was super impressed with how they handled the situation, even more so because DoorDash was absolutely NO help. Thank you again, I will most definitely be ordering from you all again, and will have to stop in person sometime as well. Youve definitely earned a lifetime customer!

I’ve been ordering out from here for years, and finally took my team out for lunch to actually dine in. We’ve been back 3 times. The food: incredible. The service: helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the pineapple chicken -best in CT.

I have been eating here weekly for about a month and everything I have tried so far is so delicious. The ramen is excellent and the sushi is always fresh. My absolute faves are the Volcano Roll and the Miso Ramen. Their bento boxes are an amazing value, a lot of food for a really reasonable price. Definitely my favorite restaurant here in Manchester!

Was house hunting in the area and dropped by. Nothing to be excited about but a decent lunch.

Used to love this place, always regulars. Not sure if they changed ownership but our family walked in this past Friday to eat-in. We were instantly refused service and asked to leave because one of us was in a wheelchair. Never been so discriminated against before for just walking into a restaurant. Will never come here again and will report to the state.
