I love Teriyaki box! This is my favorite sushi restaurant!!!! The food is always hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean and the service is top notch. They have always gotten my order right and the employees are very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Japanese food.
Absolutely love this place. Ive ordered food here several times and its always delicious! I have to commend their amazing customer service though. I had ordered through doordash and the dasher was trying to pull one over on me. So, i called teriyaki box to see what was going on. They were so receptive, told me that theyve had issues with the driver before, and offered to bring my food out to me (while also providing a discount for my inconvenience). I’ve been ordering out from here for years, and finally took my team out for lunch to actually dine in. We’ve been back 3 times. The food: incredible. The service: helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the pineapple chicken -best in CT.
