I want to start by saying our server Lynsey was great. She was polite, friendly and very accommodating. However, the customer service managers Dan and Alexis left much to be desired. When questioned about a store policy they were rude, disrespectful and defensive. A plaque on their wall reads “we are a people first restaurant that happens to serve steak.” Tonight those managers forgot this as an underlying principle and they would benefit greatly from some additional training.

Visited yesterday 11-29-25. I ordered my usual 22oz ribeye with fries loaded with cheese and bacon like I do at multiple locations. When I received my order it didnt come with the same cheddar cheese like all the other locations do and came with queso cheese. Which I had to send back .Wasnt told by server and no writing on menu notifying of the change .Ended up re ordering fries without the toppings. Server was great and explained everything and was quick to help get everything in order .Beside the extended wait and Food Issue .This location was great overall.

Sat for 30 minutes, ate the rolls and Peanuts, and never had a server come to our table. No drinks orders nothing. Left after 30 minutes after other tables in out area that sat after us recieve drinks and even some food

This place have gone downhill. Servers are rude as hell. Greeter don't even acknowledge their customers. As hard as this economy is the employees should give their best customer service all day. I'm not sure who the general manager us but they need to change him. 5 years ago this place was booming! Now I see why the place isn't as packed. It's a shame because the food is great.

Some of the best service I’ve had at a national chain restaurant. Hot bread was brought out as we sat down, our server was extremely gracious / helpful and all food came out timely/cooked. Checked all of the boxes for a family traveling on a road trip and needing a quick bite to eat.
