The food is always great. Their filet is always perfect, which is what I always get when I go there - highly recommend! The ribs...not so much (the meat "falls off the rib" as stated, but has a burnt flavor to it, honestly not very good). The loaded sweet potatoes are very good, like a dessert. The burgers and fries are good as well.The service is FAST! You are seated fast, waited on fast, and served fast.The staff is always pleasant and smiling and quick to check on you and your needs.The atmosphere is busy - that said, you may be eating near loud little kids on one visit, to groups coming in for parties on another visit, to date-nighters....but they're ALWAYS busy at this location, and busy means a bit louder than other less busy establishments.Parking is usually chaotic. More than once I've had to park in a neighboring lot, which is unfortunate because I have a handicapped placard due to often having difficulties with mobility. There really aren't enough handicapped spaces available. Sometimes people park in those spaces to pick up food and by the time you circle back around, someone else has taken the spot. It's very frustrating, so if you're going with an absolute need for a handicapped parking space, be prepared to not find an open one.

Horrible experience!! I will never come back to this place again. Last night my boyfriend and myself went for dinner around 8:30. Our waiter was great, he was very nice, we put in our order with him quickly because we were starving. Mind you, we did not order any apps just drinks and our meals. We got the bread quickly and drinks and was told that our food should be out soon. 30 mins went by and we asked our waiter for an update and he apologized and said he would check. 45 mins later and still nothing. In our section there was already 2 parties that just came in and had gotten their food already. I was livid. I asked again and the waiter said that there was an issue with the tickets and that they were working on it. 1 whole hour and we still had not eaten. I asked the waiter to pack our stuff to go bc I could not wait any longer, while newer parties were already eating. Manager did take $ off the bill but it was not enough for the amount we waited. Probably another 15-20 mins goes by and I just wanted to go home. We walk up to the hostess stand and the 2 girls there were very helpful and gave us bread and spoke to the manager again, and got us more $ taken off. At this point, our waiter comes back with our food and packs it up with new drinks and kept apologizing and we thanked him bc we knew it wasn’t his fault. Very grateful for that waiter and 2 hostess who helped us because if not we would’ve just walked out!! Not even the male manager came to us to apologize or talk to us to see what the issue was and if he could help. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Never again.

A group of us arrived at 5 PM. Right from the start, we were not seated because only 7 out of 8 of us were there. We were shooed over to a waiting room where there were benches and boxes of products stacked in the corner. This restaurant doesn't have comfortable accommodations for a party larger than 6, and we never felt as though they were happy to have us there. The waiter (Aiden) tried his best to stay on top of our requests, but I suspect the restaurant was understaffed. Our salads and meals were served promptly. The house salad was excellent. I had BBQ chicken and a sweet potato and was underwhelmed with the chicken. There are many options for better food in the greater Manchester/South Windsor area and restaurants that can accommodate larger groups of people. This restaurant operates on getting you out the door as fast as they can. I won't be going back.

Food is average, this is a chain so it i what it is. I do think it'sloud in there but that is part of the overall package also.I give it an "OK" but other places can certainly compete with it.

Our servers were terrific. One was in training. A real turnoff, though, was the fact that certain people were not made to pull back their hair. One sat us, playing with her long hair, and the other one went around checking each table to see if we were doing ok. All the other servers, sitters, bar tenders, and bus people did their hair back. These two need to be watched. I'm pretty sure in some states it's part of a law. I would like you to speak to them. Everything else was fine. We will return but next time I will ask to see a manager.
