The Hollow at Manchester Country Club

First time here but definitely will not be the last. Food was great (had amazing buffalo tenders) and the staff was super friendly! I'm not a golfer but will tell my golfing friends about this place.

We love to dine outside by the lake in the summer. Amazing view! Winter dining inside tends to be loud on the weekends, especially Friday and Saturday evenings. The food is good but I wish they had a more varied menu. Regardless...one of our favorite places for dinner. Try the chicken jor dan ! Excellent. Great Caesar salads too!

I had such a wonderful time dining at the Hollow - Manchester Country Club recently! The food was absolutely delicious—everything was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience even better.

And the view? Just stunning! It added such a relaxing vibe to the evening. With such great food, amazing people, and affordable prices, I can’t recommend Manchester Country Club enough. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I recently hosted a birthday dinner at The Hollow at Manchester Country Club for 24 friends, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations.
The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. The menu offered a great variety, and every guest was more than satisfied with their choices. The drinks were equally impressive, with a well-curated selection of cocktails and wines that perfectly complemented the meal.
What really set this venue apart, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. They made sure everything ran smoothly and ensured that our group had everything we needed without missing a beat. It truly felt like a special, well-organized event, and the staff's attention to detail made all the difference.
The atmosphere at The Hollow is welcoming, and the setting was perfect for our celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better night—everything from the food to the service was top-notch. We brought our friends for the first time because we LOVED this place!! So disappointed and embarrassed!! The manager, our waitress ,was so unfriendly….never smiled from the beginning, and shouldn’t be in a public service job! Won’t return….GINO…this woman wouldn’t divide checks and treated your customers like we were bothering her…NEVER EVER felt like this In a restaurant…we loved the food….but the attitude from a MANAGER-waitress..( which she shared with us because we asked for individual checks, (3 couples) which said she can not do, we told her we had been there many times it wasn’t a problem before, she said she would have to reprimand the staff….we said please don’t)THIS IS AN employee of yours GINO….should be looked at….we are so disappointed because we really loved the atmosphere and food…..ps….wouldn’t even wait on us….sent another waitress ….so bummed

We were so pleasantly surprised while dining here!! Our server, Brett, went above and beyond in his service to us- we appreciated the friendly faces and prompt, courteous service here. We did not have a dull moment with him! He makes the best margaritas by the way-super fresh!! The mozzarella was a great appetizer, and my husband loved his shrimp scampi! I asked for chicken added to my penne vodka, and they added so much- No skimping on our portions. Brett took some great pics of us for our anniversary! We highly recommend this location, grounds were beautiful, and we sat across from the river for our meal!

The food was tasty. Waiter was friendly. Portion size was ample. Down side is everything is a la cart. Not salad or bread. Both must be ordered separately. Price is fair until you add everything together. Dinner entree comes to over $30 if you add salad and bread. Include these with entree and this place would be a hidden gem.

Happy hour with friends or a casual couples dinner. Decent bar food and the outdoor atmosphere is always relaxing.

I was here for a funeral celebration in November 2023. The food and service upstairs was great. I don't recommend coming for happy hour though. Although the food is good, the wait staff doesnt want to serve happy hour priced drinks or food after 5. The happy hour runs until 6pm. Here are four examples. 1) Waitress didn't bring happy hr menu. I ordered drink thinking it was happy hr. She brought regular menu. After receiving drink, I said isn't it happy hr.? I would like to order meatballs, which are on happy hr menu. She brought new menu but i ended up paying 11.50 for drink. 2) second occasion...ordered drink at 545, but Waitress brought back at 603. I said wished to order meatballs. She said it is 6:03 pm so too late.. 3) third occasion charged me 11.59 for happy hour drink. I said was ordered at 550 because walked near bar to order, waitress not around. When I questioned bill, she said you ordered from hostess and not waitres so have to charge full price. 4) had dirty tables so moved to another table. Informed waitress ...she said was already cleaned. She never came back to take order. Definitely not a place that caters to customers. I go to another country club bar now.
