My go-to Wendy’s in Manchester. 9 times out of 10 Broad St Wendy’s is better tasting than the Spencer St and Buckland locations, and always better service.

Had to go back inside after my drive-through order was messed up, They remade my order, but when I pulled out the chicken nuggets, I noticed that they weren’t spicy like I told him I told him to replace my nuggets with spicy. He took the nuggets out of my hand that I touched and put them back into the nuggets to be redistributed to customers after I let him know. Hey, I touched those nuggets. He did not care.

I placed a mobile order while at the other location, normally the app sets it to your closest location, this time it didn't, so I tried to call this location to ask for a refund so I could place my order at the store I was at already. They didn't answer after repeated calls so my partner and I had to walk an hour to go get the food. Apon getting there we realized that they just left our food sitting there for an hour, frostys melted, food cold and soggy, and my order wasn't even right. I made alterations to my burger removing the mayo and adding pickles and mustard, they completely ignored these alterations, and when I asked for fresh frostys, they went to the back and just transfered the already bad frostys into new cups. I'm beyond upset about the service I recieved here and the workers severely need better training. If I would've treated people the way I was treated here at my job I would've been fired.
I brought a 6 piece spicy nugget and a medium vanilla frosty the nuggets was nit fresh or even hot. Very disappointing but also reminded why I don't eat out often any more.

Today's visit was an impulsive visit, I worked a 12 hr. Day. Nor cooking!!! I noticed different staff from my visit a yr ago. Everyone was friendly and service was quick. Food was hot. No issues this visit.
