Consistently the worst Wendy’s - slow, disinterested staff, and inaccurate orders. Avoid at all costs - any where else is better. Doesn’t matter order ahead, take out, eat in, or drive-thru. Always slow and wrong.

How are you going to offer the tenders at the window and then serve old cold dry tenders. It’s a promotion and you can’t even get that right. Not to mention my 4 piece tender was a 3 1/2 piece because someone ripped one of them in half and put it in the box. There is zero quality control at this location whatsoever.

Did an order via the app one item I requested was unavailable the women at the drive thru says I have to request a refund for said item via the app I call the number on the app they tell me I have to contact the store. McDonalds and Burger King are close enough I recommend going there

Employees are too busy playing music and games loudly on their phones to make orders correctly. Can’t even put lettuce that belong on a JBC. It’s a job not a playground. You’re wasting peoples time and money. Next time I’ll sit in the drive thru and waste their time and dissect my whole burger to make sure everything’s on there correctly. Explain to corporate why your drive thru times are outrageous

I place and online order and when I go to pick it up the boy at the counter had an issue that I came and got my food 10-15min after I place it then I had to drive all the back to grab missing items from my order after I got home and when I do the same boy had some more things to say I didn’t know I was being timed on how long it take for me to pick up my food and that it was okay to try and complain that “it took a minute” to get my food and the 10 minutes it took my to get my food it was still cold

All the staff do is talk and gossip while taking customer order poorly and order are never accurate.waste of time and money and nobody can speak proper English.too many language barriers.

Food is always fresh which I’m thankful for but some of the staff at drive thru look miserable all the time. Sometimes have attitudes and give eye rolls when they are told they forgot something. Most times I am either missing sauce or my order is incorrect. Not my favorite location for sure.

This location yet again messed up our order. We went to the drive-thru on our way to sports practice. I ordered a bacon double stack bag and a chicken blt bag, with ranch for one meal and sweet and sour for the other. What we got was 1 single cheeseburger with ketchup, no bacon and a plain crispy chicken sandwich, with 4 packets of BBQ sauce. But then there were extra nuggets, so my kid was happy enough. We also ordered 2 frostys, which we got, but only 1 spoon in the bag. I also didn't get a receipt, so I have no idea what I was charged for. And please stop asking if we want medium or large when the menu pricess reflect the cost of a SMALL.

For the second time I received one Dave’s triples and on Dave’s double even though I got charged for two triple baconaters and when I try to call back, the girl said, bring your receipt bring your hope and try again and hung up on me I tried to call back and nobody picked up. I promise Mid food and disrespect.

Employees are very unattentive if you go in the store. They were very dismissive to customers when being told their sauces were missing from their bag. Fairly quick if you go through the drive through.
