This is NOT a reflection of the staff, this review is a reflection of Wendy’s as a whole. 54¢ for one sauce when I’m already spending $20 is ridiculous. Mind you, they no longer make pennies for you to get correct change back. Really disappointed in Wendy’s when their competitors do not charge any fee for ONE sauce let alone multiples.

The price and convenience here is really good. You get the most for your dollar. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The jazz music is fire.

Freezing cold place to eat! No heat, no hot water, no paper towels to dry hands-just cold high pressure air. This used to be a busy place, like this it was empty, at 1230 in the afternoon. People are eating someplace where the heat is on. Been here many times over the years but I won't be back!

I've been going to this location infrequently for decades, it was a Roy Rogers once upon a time. Haven't been in awhile and had trouble finding the new entrance. The atmosphere was sterile and industrial, and you can now order from a pair of large touchscreens if that's your thing. There was no value menu in sight. The burger was over and the fries were under. The workers looked miserable and the food was even more so. It was expensive. I had such a bad experience I may never return.
