I've been going to this location infrequently for decades, it was a Roy Rogers once upon a time. Haven't been in awhile and had trouble finding the new entrance. The atmosphere was sterile and industrial, and you can now order from a pair of large touchscreens if that's your thing. There was no value menu in sight. The burger was over and the fries were under. The workers looked miserable and the food was even more so. It was expensive. I had such a bad experience I may never return.

Also the last few times I have been here, there is a girl that works the drive thru that half fills my fries….. and always has an attitude.
I usually don’t care about bad attitudes but the cookie thing gross.
The girl is white with very bad acne and might be pregnant idk.

I got a couple gift cards to wendy’s i was so excited to use bc i love my spicy nuggets! Only fast food im into, and the service was fine they were nice but my nuggets were barely even lukewarm and burnt to a crisp! So burnt you couldn’t even taste them, beyond disappointing, fries were also barely room temp. I usually don’t go to this location as i’ve had this happen before but i was in the area and decided to give it another shot and it really did not work out for me.

Food is usually fine, but the guy with the AirPods in has a knack for ruining the experience at this location. Rest of the team is fine. I stick with Broad St most of the time. The team there is great, and so is management. I’m not sure what’s up with this kid who runs the Wendy’s over here on Spencer St, but it’s clearly a pain for him to offer service.

My order was incorrect. The manager was rude and dismissive.
This location is ridiculous. Wouldn't accept an order on the app, so I went to order in person. They say the only thing they have for breakfast is biscuits. That's absolute BS. They're saying they don't even have regular burger buns for the rest of the day?! The Breakfast Baconator, which is what I wanted to order, is served on a regular bun. So what kind of stupid game is this location playing? Why are the items listed on the app not available? Not surprised by all of the one star reviews. This place is a joke. Must be a shitty franchised location.

Today I had a horrible experience at Wendy’s. At 262 Spencer st, Manchester CT 1:06pm
I went on the drive thru and I ask to get $4 for 4 meal but apparently they don’t sell that anymore, and these lady was rude telling me that they don’t have that no more. So I ask for something else and ask for 2 mayonnaise and she was like we don’t have that, She was so disrespectful and rude. She was on a rush and trying to rush me to leave and she also give me a attitude and in the end when I open the bag for my food it was cold and I couldn’t go back to get my money back. I used to eat at the Wendy’s all the time. I hope the boss gets new people who really care about customers and the service they are given.
