Wetzel's Pretzels

I went there this week. Don't want to blame the kid working. He was really trying. I got the bag of pretzel bites $8. You get a lot more pretzel bites than you get from Auntie Anne's or Pretzel maker at other malls. However, these bites - clearly were not fresh. They did not taste like there were made on premises like other malls. They were hot but they were rubbery and hard to chew at times. If this stand is going to keep doing this -- honestly just sell a bag of Synders HARD pretzel bites and some dipping sauce. It's a better product. Not happy.

Highway robbery . Tried charging me $2 for a side of honey mustard . It should come with at least one considering the pretzel is $8

Terrible! Usually they are awesome, great customer service never had an issue up until today! Despite a customer responding in gentle frustration it doesn’t give no WORKER OR EMPLOYEE OR PERSON OF AUTHORITY the right to talk to a customer however they’d like, cursing at a customer, or even acting like you’re in any way, a person willing to do some harm to a customer because they are refusing to buy due to the rip off amount you tried charging, is completely unprofessional she kept yelling she was a manager but guess what? I’m a manager myself and don’t conduct myself as such ever towards a customer! SHUT THEM DOWN! RATS ON COUNTERS

My son and I sometimes visit the mall on weekends and he always buys me a pretzel. he likes the small ones I find them to be too sweet. Nicely located where I can walk after and look at stores.

The cinnamon sugar ones are greasy and digusting!

The customer service is amazing. The prices are reasonable and the I enjoy the pretzels every time I come here. They aren't old or stale FRESH each time. The lemonade has an extra kick to it that makes it worth getting each time.
