Terrible! Usually they are awesome, great customer service never had an issue up until today! Despite a customer responding in gentle frustration it doesn’t give no WORKER OR EMPLOYEE OR PERSON OF AUTHORITY the right to talk to a customer however they’d like, cursing at a customer, or even acting like you’re in any way, a person willing to do some harm to a customer because they are refusing to buy due to the rip off amount you tried charging, is completely unprofessional she kept yelling she was a manager but guess what? I’m a manager myself and don’t conduct myself as such ever towards a customer! SHUT THEM DOWN! RATS ON COUNTERS

Only the best pretzels in the entire universe. Always satisfied when I go there and I've never had any problems with the service. The ambiance is similar to a candy store, you're so so so so so so excited for the buttery goodness.

My son and I sometimes visit the mall on weekends and he always buys me a pretzel. he likes the small ones I find them to be too sweet. Nicely located where I can walk after and look at stores.

I come here all the time to get the cinnamon bites, but i was eating them and there was a hair baked into one of the pretzels. I am disgusted by this
Like all good things Wetzel must have decided to cut corners or be lazy or both. Last few times instead of pretzel heaven I received a cup of doughy s*** covered in salt. Come on, if I wanted that I'd go to the Indian upstairs thank you very much have a nice day my friend.
