first time I ever ordered I ordered a well done pepperoni pizza and was told it would be about 30 to 40 minutes. it showed up in 7 minutes barely cooked!! Called to complain and was given a $15 credit. Next time a few weeks later I ordered the same thing for delivery and two hours later still not here.
