This wasn't our first choice, but I am so glad that we stopped and had dinner here. It was an extremely quiet night and our waitress had more than enough tables to work on yet she was fantastic. The food was Good but the service was fantastic

Allison F of the Mansfield Applebees only took a mental note of what food we ordered, then proceeded to bring us the wrong order, when we told her it was the wrong order she got defensive and told us this is what she thought we ordered based on an “assumption”. ???. This was four people’s words against her. When we got our bill, she charged us for the food we didn’t order and when we told her we shouldn’t be charged for food we didn’t order she got aggressively defensive and then told blatant lies maybe attempting to intimidate us. Embarrassing .

Honestly, I would give zero stars if an option, for a 1 star is a compliment. I went to eat dinner with my 11 year old son after visiting Gamestop, which is directly across the the parking lot! My son wanted me to go back to Gamestop quickly, but he wanted to eat the appetizers that were just served. Being the good mom I am, I notified the weightress that he's 11 because he looks small, and was maybe gone for 3-5 minutes! You can imagine how surprised I was when our meal was interrupted by cops, whom let me know Appleby's had called! Of course I did nothing wrong, for my sons 11 years old with a phone & tracking app on our phones which I showed the cop! Anyhow, definitely embarrassed & humiliated for no reason, and a bit confused why I'm banned from their establishment, for their false accusations with no apology!
Definitely not kid friendly, moms better take their children to the bathroom with you if you have to go!
I've been here multiple times and every time has been a pleasure! The service is wonderful and the food is also great. The servers are great, and I always leave satisfied. Wonderful place to go with friends for any time of the day.
