The bagels are delicious, however, I'm not a fan of microwaved egg in my sandwich. There are no warm and fuzzies here. It's perfect for the college and high school kids, I suppose, but there was nothing that would make me want to return.

I tried to order a bagel with nothing on it and she wouldn’t sell it to me!! Apparently they ONLY sell bagels with stuff on it. Sorry I didn’t want any cream cheese? I only wanted one bagel as-is to go to eat… I don’t understand…. I wasn’t trying to order a dozen to go or anything. I literally was just trying to grab a snack.I’ve had their bagels before.. they are amazing! I would go more often, but I never get there before they close w my schedule. I was really excited to see them open again on campus even after closing years ago north of 4corners. I’m just puzzled…

So rude. I was waiting for my friend to arrive so i could order and went to use the bathroom. Lady behind the counter didn't even great me or anything. And with the most rude tone, said bathroom is for customers only and said i had to order before using the restroom . She didn't have to be so rude about it. Needless to say I left .

I try to come here at least once a week. The bagels (no matter which kind you choose) are delicious. The cream cheese is also to die for. Added bonus that the lady who runs it is also very sweet!

The lady at the register was a tad rude, and the bagels were over priced. All we got was 2 bagels with cream cheese, a large coffee and a small coffee and she charged us $15.99. The bagels were good, but I would not return due to service and pricing. We did not see prices displayed where you would easily see it. The garlic and onion cream cheese seemed flavored with powered garlic and cream cheese. Seems like for the price, it might have some real ingredients in it.
Great place to get a bagel at a reasonable price. Had a great experience with the lady working there the morning we went. Salt bagel was a little heavy handed on the seasoning but quick and convenient way to grab breakfast.

It's a shame this place is rated under 5 stars. If you look at those poor reviews, none of them are about the food, rather the supposed "rudeness" of the lady that works the counter. I wouldn't say her attitude is bad at all, and is quite normal for New England. If anything she's probably up very early to prep the amazing bagels. I have only ever had tasty bagels from this place. I usually stick to my order, but occasionally try new bagels and it's worth it. I save money monthly to eat out, and within that money I save per month there's money set aside to go there. 100% worth it have/will continue to recommend to friends and family.

The lady working there is RUDE and IMPOLITE. You don’t want to sell bagels by the dozen at this Bagel shop, sure, that’s fine, your loss, that is simply a bad business decision. However, you can simply reply by saying “we do not sell bagels by the dozen. Only sandwiches are sold here”. Guess what? She yelled at us and basically made fun of us for asking for something not on the menu. Don’t waste your time going there until they change staff. It took 20min for her to make a bagel sandwich that was dry.
