I know it isn't the stores fault, which is why it's a 3 star review since it's normally fine. We went to order pizza on Saturday. Paid through the app, drive to the spot, all good. When we got there, the store was closed; again, totally understand emergencies happen, so we requested a refund not expecting to hear anything until Monday at the earliest. The response was "we can give you a lot of points". How is that in any way an appropriate response for a refund request due to a business LITERALLY not being there to accept online orders? Why was our order allowed to go through in the first place? Again, not the stores fault, but we probably won't be ordering again.

Me and my friend are die hard blaze fans. Today’s experience has made us question that. We placed an online order and it was made quickly and on par with what the app said. Employees were nice and helpful. However, when we went to go eat the cheesy bread it was borderline raw in the middle and was drenched in olive oil to the point it was all I smelled. My friends pizza not cut correctly and tasted off. We got sodas from the fountain and there was no carbonation and no syrup in all but one of them. When reported they said that they knew there was no carbonation but there were no signs or warnings when we got our cups. When my friend went into the bathroom it was disgusting and semi-trashed. I will try blaze again someday but for now I am going to be eating someplace else.

Make your own personal pizza with whatever toppings you want, or choose from their specials. I chose the bbq pizza and it was so delicious. There are a ton of toppings to choose from, and I want to go back to get creative and make my own! Also got the blood orange lemonade and it was very tasty!

Guy with the green bucket hat was amazing, great customer service, very kind and thoughtful. Talked to me while the pizza was cooking. Definitely deserved a raise. A-1 service!!!

Went there drove 40 minutes because it's the only one in Connecticut from the beginning the staff was very unprofessional adituide was on 10 for no reason at all so I tried to ignore it but she continued to be rude so that took me to another place and I had to say something to her about her service she didn't like it neither did i but if you choose to work in an environment that you're dealing with the public you chose that so you need to be a people person which you are absolutely 💯 not check yourself or get another occupation because this one is not for you and your going to run into the wrong person and it's not going to be good management check out who you hire because people are going through all kinds of mental illnesses and she might do that to the wrong person whose having a bad day and might just push that wrong button sometimes you have to suck stuff up and just breath before you react employee and management meeting needed ASAP

Stood in line for 30 minutes waiting to be helped just to be told they are behind with online orders and that it will be a while. Couldn’t have said that to us when we first got there instead of wasting our time. Prioritize online orders and ignore the customers standing in front of you for half an hour. 3 employees working all on online orders instead of splitting it up to help the customers in front of them. The girl making the dough had her hair down and no hairnet, and left the box of fresh dough on the floor.

The pizza is so incredibly good, the service is amazing, you get to decide what you want to put on your pizza and how much and it’s rather quick for brick oven pizza. I live at least 30 min from here and will make the trip to go here when I’m craving a good pizza. Not a bad thing to say about it, it is my favorite pizza place to go to ANYWHERE!!
