I know it isn't the stores fault, which is why it's a 3 star review since it's normally fine. We went to order pizza on Saturday. Paid through the app, drive to the spot, all good. When we got there, the store was closed; again, totally understand emergencies happen, so we requested a refund not expecting to hear anything until Monday at the earliest. The response was "we can give you a lot of points". How is that in any way an appropriate response for...

Make your own personal pizza with whatever toppings you want, or choose from their specials. I chose the bbq pizza and it was so delicious. There are a ton of toppings to choose from, and I want to go back to get creative and make my own! Also got the blood orange lemonade and it was very tasty!

Great service tonight! The girls in blaze hoodies really had a nice handle on the flow of this place. Especially being on a college campus. 5 stars isn’t enough for you folks, keep on giving us that good good blaze je ne sais quoi.
