Amazing food. Amazing service. Our waiter Chase was amazing. Have not been here in about 20 years and was just as amazing as I remember. Can’t wait to come back.
great food great atmosphere The Loft is incredible good variety food overall a great experience a little pricey other than that great place 4 dates family friends to hangout great family atmosphere I would recommend Chucks and give it 4 out of five stars Stars Stars
When a server launches ranch dressing all over a customer, saying "I'm sorry" was a nice start, but bringing over a few napkins and telling me there's a bunch all over the back of my coat and some more on my seat and then walking away is beyond disappointing and unacceptable. The restaurant did nothing to make it right in terms of offering to try and clean my coat up or comping anything. PRetty much just acted like it never happened.
