TOAST at Four Corners is a fantastic breakfast spot near UCONN. The omelets and home fries are always very good, and they make their own bread. The avocado toast with a sunny side up egg is delicious. The service is phenomenal, and the staff is friendly even when the place is packed. High chairs are available for kids, and parking is convenient. Wheelchair accessibility is not an issue. The portions are just right, and the homemade peach jam is a hit.
