Every time we come we devour an order of empanadas. Flaky exterior, delish seasoned filling. The handshaken margs are well worth the price and the enchiladas especially the mole YUM
Party of 5, and they added a 20% tip...bill was 200.00 and I did not realize that they had already tipped themselves....they got $100.00 tip...NOT GOOD.....won't be back.

Coyote Flaco offers delicious empanadas with flaky exteriors and well-seasoned fillings. The handshaken margaritas are worth trying, especially the fresh lime juice margaritas. The flavorful enchiladas, particularly the mole, complement the experience. The Birria tacos are a must-try, with a decent size and delicious taste, while the steak tacos are also praised for being full of flavor. This is a delicious family-owned restaurant with incredibly fast service and friendly, kind staff. The food came out hot very quickly. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially when eating outside by the creek. The flavorful Trio Enchilada and the perfectly cooked Coyote Ribeye Steak are very good, but beware the Chipotle sauce on the steak is spicy. The tres leches is the best ever and highly recommended. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful, making diners feel comfortable and welcomed. Overall, this restaurant provides a flavorful experience that diners appreciate.
