Been going there since my wife and I met at her college. Good food and lovely staff even after all these years
Everything I need to know about dog lane and the other restaurants in the group I learned from the hate they allowed to spew out from the patio durring a vigil. You people are disgusting.

Save your monies, BK burgers are better. Menu very limited and they do not have fries due to no fryer, so you’ll get over priced imitation kettle chips with a pickle ($17.00) no drink included. Way expensive for a homemade sandwich or dry burgers. NEVER will see me there again, first and last time there.

Oh my goodness! The food here is absolutely incredible! We recently moved to the area and were thrilled to discover this gem. We’ll definitely be coming back frequently. The staff was friendly, energetic, and the food was simply amazing.

Stopped before we visited UConn and were very pleased with the variety of breakfast options. Excellent french toast. Free refills on the coffee.
After taking countless business meetings and personal trips to this place I have mixed feelings. Some interactions are great beginning to end, but mostly I have an issue with their inclusiveness. I hate this is not a handicap safe environment. I am limited with my arms as I walk with double crutches. No one greets you, or opens the door. Don't get me started on if this place is busy! You will fight for your place through the door by staff if there are outside diners. They are pushy and rude and indirectly yell things to other staff about you being in their way! Its an experience you have to see for yourself. This place definitely gives off college vibes and parents who visit their kids go. Not for out of towners unless you want to feel the cold embrace from elsa when you walk in. No smiles or courtesy from the staff, but food is OK. Its different from what's out there, but overpriced, $14 for a grilled cheese.....I think I've rested my case!

I ordered to go. The mocha smoothie is perfect!
I was hyped up by their claim of having the best burger on campus. The burger was way over cooked and dry. I asked for medium. It was on par with the best McDonald's burger I've ever had. Probably just a bad day.

Our men’s college basketball team has enjoyed breakfast at Dog Lane Café on several occasions over the past few years, and it’s always a great way to start the day. The food is fresh, tasty, and consistently a team favorite--whether it’s a hearty breakfast sandwich or something lighter. The service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. A big thank you to Brianna, who always goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly for us. Dog Lane has become one of our go-to breakfast spots downtown, and we really appreciate their quality, consistency, and warm hospitality.

Always good, Brianna was amazingly helpful to us when our order was missing an item. Going as far as to issue a refund/gift card for the sister restaurant closer to where we live. All the dog lane, fenton river, and vanilla bean are great restaurants in our community!!
