Not sure who exactly made my pizza but it said Tony, but whoever it was saw the vision for sure!! I wanted a chicken parm pizza and got the perfect one. The cheesy bread was also incredible!!! Thank you so much, I know it can be hard sometimes to work at a busy store especially near a college campus, you guys are doing great.

Ordered multiple times, my order is almost ALWAYS wrong. I ordered for delivery cash payment upon delivery TWO HOURS AGO, it took them OVER AN HOUR after the order was placed just to put it in the oven then they proceeded to deliver it to the wrong people ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS CAMPUS and marked it as delivered and now WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. How are you so slow as a restaurant it takes an hour to get the food in the oven, then you deliver the order to the wrong side of campus when the ADDRESS IS GIVEN. Two hours waiting, never got our food, zero customer service, complete waste of your time and money.

Don’t know if the recipe changed but the past 2 times I’ve ordered garlic crust I didn’t get any garlic. Besides that pizza is great.

The app wasn't working so I had to call the store get the notification that they are on their way then look after 15 minutes because i only live maybe 5 minutes from the store to see it being made again so I call just to be told it was so busy when it's UConn the kids are on summer break so they are not that busy for me to wait an hour for a pizza and lava cakes and at that for my food to be COLD is ridiculous!! then to have the drive to call is one thing to tell me be there in 3 minutes but to be texting my phone 5 minutes my bad then when here is not normal never had a drive do that!! This will be the last time I order from your UConn store

I ordered from here 4 times. 3 of them, my order was wrong. I called back, the child manager told me they wrote notes on my account attatchef to phone number saying that i had complained in the past. They check that before ordering to see if they will give you the right food.
