I arrived 30 minutes before it closed, and the workers were behind the counter on their phones while both doors were locked. This happened 3 times. When I was able to get in, service gave the nastiest looks. They didn’t even ask “may I take your order” or say anything. The girl just starred at me, waiting for me to speak. I asked, “could this sandwich on the menu,” and she just said, “we don’t have that anymore,” and literally NOTHING ELSE! She just stood there, with a pure hatred in her eyes. Traumatizing.

The food and my drink was fine but the two guys and pink haired girl ignored multiple customers to talk about their own personal problems and boy problems. The other girl was the only one working and she was having to do everything all alone. The pink haired one was basically yelling about her boy problems and relationships which made the atmosphere weird af

I avoid this Dunkin like the plague, if you enjoy having your coffee made incorrectly then this is the place for you. Also a warning, if you order online, a drink with any dairy alternative and they don't have it in stock, then they won't say anything and just make your coffee black. If you order online and ask for any donuts, be prepared to wait in line because they never will have your donuts ready

Food is just like at any other DD. However I have noticed that when you order ahead they will always mess up your order. Whenever I get a coffee and bagel/donut, they never ever bring out the food item. You always wait around until the staff asks what you are waiting for.

Just come and choose from the large selection.I drink chocolate in many places and I think it was a great success for me, of course it is prepared with powder and not pralines but it was still very tasty.What's more, once I arrived at the place around 5:00 p.m. and almost all of the donuts and bagels were out of stock at the front desk. When I asked the seller, he said I could order and he would bring it to me from the kitchen. A bit of a bummer, all in all, you can check before and update before paying.There is a parking lot right next door and it says there is a 20 minute limit, in practice I don't really know who enforces it because it's just a parking lot so maybe you can take more time.You can sit there, there are many free places.

Ordered ahead; everything was ready and correct.I do want to throw it out that on a previous occassion, I ate a carrot cake muffin from two different Dunkin locations (Canterbury and Coventry) on two different dates. In both cases, several hours later, I experienced symptoms akin to food poisoning. This is new to this year. I don't generally have food allergies but did so with this muffin. I did not experience this problem with any other muffin variety.In general, I love Dunkin! and visit often. If you go, be weary of carrot cake muffin. New things I've tried and recommend are the Carmel Chocolate Cold Brew and the Breakfast Bites.I also recommend joining Dunkin Rewards and taking advantage of opportunities to earn extra points!
