Honestly, pretty nice location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I rarely order coffee, so they are always patient with me as I figure out what I actually want to get.

Always overcrowded, slow to take orders. Occasionally gets so backed up they just stop taking orders. The night crew is generally especially slow, I frequently mobile order 20 minutes ahead and arrive to find nothing made. Frequently runs out of stuff early in the morning.

Makes orders wrong a decent amount of the time and then make it impossible to get the attention of an employee to get it fixed. Sometimes they act like it’s your fault that the order is wrong and get annoyed they have to fix it.

I understand this Dunkin location is busy due to it being inside the university however they need to provide better / more staffing and ensure they have sufficient inventory for orders.

The absolute best Dunks in the area. If Jason’s working you can guarantee a delicious breakfast and tasty coffee. I love the donut counter where I can see my options up close instead of the usual “behind the register spot”. Boy oh boy this place is amazing

Dunkin, should mix all the ingredients and give, if the customer wants extra then provide them with sugar and other things, the current method is creating a lot of waste.
