1pm on a Tuesday/3 other customers waiting for their food. We were greeted when we walked thru the door and then ignored for 10 minutes while they prepped food for others. I wanted to leave but my son really wanted a shake. This staff was overwhelmed at lunch time by 3 people’s orders and left us to stand wait. Then it took them 25 minutes to bring our food. $23 for a cheeseburger and med fries. Wont be going back there anytime soon. Willimantic!

I brought my mother there who has Alzheimer’s and I needed help ordering quickly cleaning off the benches outside, they offered to bring the food out and they were just stars. They look like two young guys and they could read the stress on my face and were very helpful and the order was perfect. I did say thank you, but I hope they know how much they helped me

$18 for a good cheeseburger and burnt fries was way too expensive. The burger was delicious, but the fries were very overcooked. I could walk across the street to Applebee's and get a full meal with table service for $15. I won't be back. I was not impressed.

I order from five guys almost on a daily basis at work, I was very excited when one was opened right next to my house. I’ve ordered quite a bit I figured they were new and had to get their footing after the first few bad orders. Tonight for the 3rd time my triple patty cheeseburger order placed through the app and picked up was not done correctly, yet again only 2 patties. I won’t get into all of the other ways this location has been disappointing in comparison to other five guys but to consistently mess up a simple order then tell me I have to come back to them for a refund is simply unacceptable especially with the price of the food to begin with with. Five Guys will continue to be my favorite restaurant but I will never for any reason return to the Mansfield location.

Went to this location for the first time and had a great experience! The inside was clean, and the staff were super kind. The cashier, Ryan, was very personable and friendly, which is always a nice surprise when going to a fast food place. The food was made quickly and was great!

Ordered a double patty cheeseburger but instead they gave me a 0 patty cheeseburger.
To the owner- you actually did have a chance to make it right when you read my review and saw the photo of my burger with no Pattie’s on it when I ordered 2. A $16+ cheeseburger with no actual burgers on it is pretty ridiculous don’t you think? You should have offered a phone call and a refund at the very minimum. Why would a customer try you again after a mess up like that and no true offer to make it right just a standard robotic response.

Such a great experience here today!! The person who took my order was so kind and friendly. The kitchen staff were equally friendly and helped me out when I realized I forgot to ask for cheese on my burger. They seemed very well staffed which allowed them to get food out quickly to customers. 10/10 experience here!!!

They have this place running great considering how new it is. The new staff are very clearly still wet behind the ears but they all do an outstanding job for customer service and making sure their food is going out right. Management is right there alongside them, helping them through the rush as well and immediately is a better example than the chipotle next door.
Please let this be a sign to corporate food chains everywhere: treat your staff right with kindness and respect, keep them staffed, and the business will thrive.
