So I just went in to get a simple iced Matcha with oat milk. I literally read it off the spring menu option and after about 15 minutes, I got one that was hot and asked for it to be redone and then for the second one, I took a sip, and it didn’t taste right so then I went back and it was made out of and they told me it was made out of 2%. Horrible service and attention to detail.

Every time I tried to order the mango dragonfruit refresher online at this location, they never have the dried dragon fruit. Which wouldn't be a problem if they put on the app that they don't have the product available or give a refund. But they don't which sucks so I don't recommend order anything here.

I ordered and payed for a venti, they gave me a grande so I asked them to remake it. They then talked to eachothwr about me right in front of me as if I was stupid saying I just wanted a free drink. Proceeded to just add a bunch of cold brew to a macchiato so gross.

I’m an alum who was invited back at a conference hosted by UConn. A few of my friends still at UConn and I went to this Starbucks for some kaffeeklatsch and per usual, I got my iced coffee and then a refill. I saw the student worker pour water into my coffee. I have no idea what motivated her to do that and whether she does that to everyone or she singled me out. But I can tell you it left a bad taste in my mouth. I should have called her out and asked for a new unadulterated iced coffee, but I couldn’t bother.

Boy have they gone downhill. Slow, slow, slow and it was NOT busy! The store was dirty with sticky tables, trash on the floor, sticky messy customer counters. Again it was NOT busy - just lazy staff.
