Three times lately my mobile orders have been 30+ mins when the app tells me it's 6-9mins.I don't blame the team or expect miracles, but all I want is a realistic estimate on how long my order will be. In the past my orders were always ready on time. I like to come here because the parking is pretty easy.

Place is always packed to the brim the workers look over worked how they manage to stay on top of orders blows my mind! Worst Starbucks iv ever been to. Extremely loud over packed nothing about this place seems peaceful. Starbucks it would be nice if maybe you build another one so us normal none high schoolers and collage kids can actually come here with out feeling like a Hurd of animals running for a simple coffee or meal. Customer service I won’t say anything bad because I feel sad for the employees here. I wouldn’t be very friendly if I’m having to over work myself.

The kid who took my order needs a raise. Took my order accurately and efficiently while helping to keep the previous orders moving. This was the fastest I have ever gotten my coffee and it was still made with care and attention to detail. Quality of product and service wasn’t skimped on but the level of efficiency and skill of the workers was unmatched.Dietary restrictions: The food prep area was immaculate and viewable and the staff extremely efficient. All food/beverage items were handled with care and kept in clean separate containers. I did not even feel the need to disclose my dietary restrictions because of the well kept condition and exceptional staff. I felt safe and comfortable with this establishment.Kid-friendliness: The entire staff was polite and friendly. Lots of seating in a fairly quiet lounge with good visibility of the area. If you want to stop for a coffee and a rest and have the little ones with you this would be a great stop. Parking lot is busy and might require extra vigilance but is very close to the storefront.

Great place to relax and get some work done. Quick service. Music is soft not to distract you. Why can't they offer some soups? Chai Tea Latte was good but for the Cinamon. They should use Ceylon Cinamon.

I arrived today to a partially melted Frappuccino and slightly watery pink drink. This is a positive- They had my drinks ready on time and because I was late they were a little melted. I love that this location is always on point about making sure their pick up orders are ready and on the counter by the time the customer arrives. Thank you again it made my day, I was late and I could not have waited and I knew you would not let me down 10/10 I recommend, and if you don't want a melted drink definitely be there when you set your pick up time to.

Bad morning made worse when I watched the barista pour a third of drink down the sink because it didn't fit in the cup. I paid for all the extra shots and coffee in the blender, at least make an effort and apologize when I tried to stop you before pouring it down the sink. It could have gone in an extra cup so I could enjoy the whole $12 bucks worth of caffeine and sugar I paid for.
Why in the world would I spend a million bucks for a coffee .

This location was packed when my 10 year old granddaughter & I stopped in to warm up. She enjoys visiting campus & plans to attend after graduating high school.The girl who took our order was so sweet. She brought the reindeer cake pop out to my granddaughter versus handing it over the counter. She talked to her for just a minute about campus life & how important grades are. My granddaughter was beaming! We took our hot chocolate on the road. When I asked my granddaughter what flavor the reindeer cake pop was, she stated "It tastes like Christmas." There you have it - from the mouths of babes.
