I had an allergic reaction to a sauce they put on my sandwich that I did not order, even after i mentioned in the special instructions section what my allergies were.

I placed a mobile order right in front of the counter, lining up like everyone else, when it was my turn, they told me to step to the side. I waited for 15 minutes and noticed people who didn't do a mobile order were able to get the employees to work on their subs and get it before me. I told them it was unfair to treat me differently just because I had a mobile order but I also lined up to counter just like everyone else. They told me that the mobile order is not their priority! Also, on the mobile order, I asked for extra sauce and veggies, but since they wouldn't let me stand in front of the counter, I couldn't see. It turns out that they didn't follow at all, and the sub tasted like garbage! What a waste of money and time! The employees were so disrespectful and unprofessional!

I submitted several complaints but no response. They don't really care, I am just a number.

I get there before 8:00 and was told that they were closed. When asked what time they close I was told 9:00 but we start packing up at 8:00. So do you close at 9:00 or 8:00 and why does it take an hour to pack not even a store but a booth? Also these so called hours do not coincide with the hours posted online.

Not sure what the world did to them, both of them have a bad attitude. I wasn't sure if I could add some other veggies to my sandwich, so I asked, she responded to me rudely, saying that I already had onion and green pepper, what else do I wanted, so I said then it is fine, but she adds some lettuce to my sandwich, I guess I should be thankful?

I ordered online. When I reached there they hadn't made the order, which is still fine. The sandwich maker asked for the name on the order and kept saying wrong store until he was shown the receipt. Then he went to make the sandwich rudely for which I then had to wait.
