This summer going here was ok. There was one time I went at 630 pm and it said it was open but lights were off, door locked. Then the last 2 times. The bread seemed stale. The meat tasted old and nasty on the spicy Italian. We ended up throwing out most our sandwiches they tasted that bad. They had absolutely no cookies. They over charged me and they only had one person working the counter. Some college age girl soo slow. Myself and others in line like 15 minutes while they were busy making an online order for 2 sandwiches. 2 guys came in and walked out. Said they rather go get pizza. Then the guy for sandwiches came in online order and he still had to wait after it had already took 15 minutes for her to do the order on 2 sandwiches for the guy to pick up.

Horrible store. I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both of them messed up! I ordered Philly cheesesteak sandwich it was COLD! Cheese wasn’t even melted. I said no Mayo it was full of Mayo. The other sandwich I asked for toasted and it was COLD! Wrong kind of bread on both sandwiches. I ordered on the app so literally the employees just had to read what to put on the sandwich. Not sure what else you need to get 2 simple orders right ? It was literally spelled out for you.

Horrible . Employees all goofing off and not caring about making food for guests. Manager swearing at girl sitting down with him and employees working the line . Asked specifically when I got there if they took a manufacturers coupon for a meal deal and they said yes . After 10 mins making my sandwich and several people trying to cash me out the said nope can’t take your coupon . Manager barked orders to us employees while sitting in his chair doing nothing to help. First and foremost you don’t swear at employees and certainly not in the presence of customers . Don’t say you’ll take a certain coupon then say no . This place is a disaster and needs a new GM asap this guys a complete joke and shouldn’t be allowed to lead a team!!!

I order from DoorDash at this location. My food is usually ok but something is always wrong. Today I'm missing the cheese on my salad. Also, I am upset that subway no longer chops the salad. How am I going to eat a whole tomato or cucumber? One more thing... there is no way to put special instructions on the DoorDash app all I wanted was extra ranch.
