First experience: Asked an employee if there were nuts in a specific flavor, she wasn’t 100% sure so since I have an allergy I decided to go with another flavor to be safe. Shouldn’t you know your menu? After ordering, what a surprise when I get a hair deep in my ice cream… after returning to seek resolution - not a single employee knew how to do a refund! Yucky! 🤢
Was Working in town and decided to stop by as I’ve heard great things about UConn Diary Bar. There were commencements going on so lines were a little long but worth the wait. I got a medium 3 scoop black raspberry which was fresh and delicious. Definitely would go back again.
