Before going to the Mansfield Drive-in, we got some ice cream with the kids. I got the salted caramel crunch, and it was delicious! The kids loved their ice cream as well (cookie dough and Husky Tracks)! Such a fun part of our summer night. We didn't have to wait at all to order (though I know that's not always the case, but a wait is to be expected after a sporting event etc.), and the ice cream was served really quickly.

UConn Dairy Bar is an absolute gem—truly the best ice cream experience in Connecticut! The ice cream is unbelievably fresh and creamy, made right on-site with milk from the university’s own dairy herd, which you can actually see grazing nearby.
