The oreo ice cream is loaded with oreo. The cookie dough ice cream is smoothly devourable. You get your money's worth from the $1 charge of whipped cream. Great sized scoops. The small cone is a meal's worth.
Good ice cream but they've definitely got to figure out a better way to deal with the number of customers they get. Crowded and it can be hard to hear when they call your order. Plus getting into the dairy bar requires going up a million steps which isn't ideal, though they do also have a ramp.
You can buy tubs of ice cream to go and they have an express checkout lane for that, so if you are just buying anything out of the coolers make sure you're not waiting...

Before going to the Mansfield Drive-in, we got some ice cream with the kids. I got the salted caramel crunch, and it was delicious! The kids loved their ice cream as well (cookie dough and Husky Tracks)! Such a fun part of our summer night. We didn't have to wait at all to order (though I know that's not always the case, but a wait is to be expected after a sporting event etc.), and the ice cream was served really quickly.
