Can't visit any Dunkin without getting a large coffee Wrong.. I know cream and sugar is coffee is odd, but how do you always forget 1 of 3 items...either cream or sugar always missing.

By far the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen. I came to this Dunkin 3 days in a row as I was visiting someone in the area. I came at 7am, waited in drive thru for 25min not a huge deal but very slow for a town of working class people that have to go to work.

Second time, 12:30pm, 3 cars in drive thru, 20 minutes to get my singular coffee.

Third time 11am on a Wednesday, 4 cars in drive thru almost 30 freaking minutes to get my coffee and it was disgusting and burnt.

Fix your staff Dunkin, management should be ashamed, I know they have timers here that tell them how long it’s taking, this is ridiculous. Slowest worst Dunkin ever.

I go about once a week and my average wait for a black coffee is about 5 min, regardless of the time. Something is clearly not working.

With the exception of the one fantastic clean cut 50 year old guy with an awesome attitude (that got him a 100% tip from me!!) willing to wait on us INSIDE customers, all the other employees (like freakin 5!!) were RUDE, completely ignoring all inside customers for almost 15 minutes. When asked “excuse me is anyone taking inside customer orders or only drive-thru customers waited on” they called us rude. A “Hi, someone will be with you in a minute” goes a long way!!!!

Honestly just not worth the stop. Burnt hash browns, did a pickup order but missing items and rushed along. I get its fast food but, 10 minute wait and only thing correct on my order was the coffee. Wasn’t worth arguing with the young lady and going back around to try resolving it.

This location used to be great, not so much anymore. The drive thru lane takes forever, they have gotten my order wrong multiple times and the staff seems less friendly than they used to.

Walked in to place my order around 5:15am 2 employees were working inside. I was ignored for over 15 mins just standing there while one employee just opened bags and put napkins inside. The drive thru was busy when I first walked in so no big deal, but then there was no one and still not a work from either employee just completely ignored. I decided to just walk out and I will not be returning.

I came here today for this Dunkin opens for 5:00am .. I get there. The doors are still locked.. ..I proceed to to knock on the window.. 2 cars have driven through the drive threw already.. they get their orders..
In The mean time I am outside knocking, being ignored.. !!! Two associates are inside .. I don't know if they are managers or reg.employees yet to customer that DOES NOT MATTER. !! Doors are supposed to be open at 5:00am have them unlocked .. ,I am being ignored, and then I have to call ? to get the doors open.. I called. I got 1 of the employees to finally answer she like "Well, our opener didn't show up... (Lady, really, that is NOT my problem ,) Then she likes ok. I'll be right there ... when waiting on customers .. It is very impolite to not say good morning , smile ohh I am sorry ..thank you. Something but nope mean mugging face and attitude is what I got .. !! As a customer, Do Not Take It out on them. Learn what is called RESPECT. .. then she rings me up and hit a button to have my card decline.. when I say no do it again, she gives the look .. for I know my card is good. Then I do again, and she doesn't reach for a button it goes through.. lady, stop playing games with customers... !!!!
Rude here ..!! To bad you can't give just a half star for service, for she didn't even deserve that. .. !!!!

If I could give zero stars I could!!!! This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to!!!! They never, ever get your order right, coffee is never what you order and food always missing. When you go back and ask for the missing food you are mistreated and given an attitude by the manager trying to make you, the customer at fault. Spend your money at another dunkin where you will feel welcomed and don’t give this place your business.
