Walked in to place my order around 5:15am 2 employees were working inside. I was ignored for over 15 mins just standing there while one employee just opened bags and put napkins inside. The drive thru was busy when I first walked in so no big deal, but then there was no one and still not a work from either employee just completely ignored. I decided to just walk out and I will not be returning.

I came here today for this Dunkin opens for 5:00am .. I get there. The doors are still locked.. ..I proceed to to knock on the window.. 2 cars have driven through the drive threw already.. they get their orders..
In The mean time I am outside knocking, being ignored.. !!! Two associates are inside .. I don't know if they are managers or reg.employees yet to customer that DOES NOT MATTER. !! Doors are supposed to be open at 5:00am have them unlocked .. ,I am being ignored, and then I have to call ? to get the doors open.. I called. I got 1 of the employees to finally answer she like "Well, our opener didn't show up... (Lady, really, that is NOT my problem ,) Then she likes ok. I'll be right there ... when waiting on customers .. It is very impolite to not say good morning , smile ohh I am sorry ..thank you. Something but nope mean mugging face and attitude is what I got .. !! As a customer, Do Not Take It out on them. Learn what is called RESPECT. .. then she rings me up and hit a button to have my card decline.. when I say no do it again, she gives the look .. for I know my card is good. Then I do again, and she doesn't reach for a button it goes through.. lady, stop playing games with customers... !!!!
Rude here ..!! To bad you can't give just a half star for service, for she didn't even deserve that. .. !!!!

If I could give zero stars I could!!!! This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to!!!! They never, ever get your order right, coffee is never what you order and food always missing. When you go back and ask for the missing food you are mistreated and given an attitude by the manager trying to make you, the customer at fault. Spend your money at another dunkin where you will feel welcomed and don’t give this place your business.

I’ve been drinking Dunkin’s for over a decade and this Dunkin is the worst of the worse Dunkin’ Donuts. Terrible customer service/management. Never make the drink right ALWAYS have to go back and fix it always.On top of that they’ll give you an attitude!!Just don’t go there

Rude and worst dunkin ever. Coffee is wrong half the time and they forget the straws most times. Today was the final straw, though the old woman with the darker hair refused to do and add-on of a donut at the window because her timer wasn't good, which is bull. She always has a bad attitude. I feel bad for the younger people that work there if she is a lead.

Do not come to the drive-thru after 7am. The line is ludicrously slow. The staff DOES NOT CARE about through-put. It should not take at least 10 minutes per car in any drive-thru.
