I ordered an iced coffee, they made a hot coffee. When I reminded them I ordered iced (it was on the ticket) they went back and obviously poured the hot coffee into a cup with ice. The coffee tasted horrible and the ice melted within about a minute. I always have to wait over 10 minutes at the drive thru (everyone comments about how long the drive thru takes) and they always mess up the orders. This is the last time I will ever go to this Dunkin’ location. I’d rather drive to another town and get good food and service. Zero stars!

Probably one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts around. Employees have no work ethic at all. They take their sweet time and do bs behind the counter while you are waiting to order for 15 minutes at the front register during slow hours.

I work in Marlborough and have been going here for years, but it is so so slow now. Wait 20 minutes in the drive through when there was only 2 cars in front of me. I don't know if the workers are high But I see them texting on their phones.

Slow service, severely burnt bagel, yet they still put the cream cheese on and put it in a bag knowing it was inedible. Medium regular coffee was tasteless more like hot water in a cup. Evidently they feel by the time you find out you will be several miles down the road. Will never go there again.

Marlborough Connecticut Dunkin dounuts is the worst. Employees doing nothing, taking their time and very rude. Drive up line out to the road. When you get to where you order no one answers, wait 20 minutes and no response. And this happened to everyone in front of us also. Drive up to window and she says she didn't have the head set on. Who works like this? This younger generation has no work ethic. Don't waste your time stopping here.

Used to go all the time, but in 2025 they became incredibly slow. On multiple occasions we've spent 20+ minutes in a drive thru with less than 6 cars. Food is fine, but service has been rough.
